Excellent exposure to the market
A day starts with assisting customers on new orders which leads to negotiations and contracts. This job is made easier with the corporation with the colleagues who all play their roles in the supply chain. I have learnt that the supply chain process ends with the final customer satisfied and it is the role of everyone to make this task happen. As a result, seeing a customer pleased has been what has kept me happy and find solutions to instances where the customer is not pleased. The most challenging thing is anticipating the market prices so that as a company we price at the right time when the international prices and the currency is in favour for the company. This becomes easier the more one pays attention to the market and its dynamics.

Gained lots of experience but no room to grow
I enjoy my job as a Project Administrator. It has many challenges which i enjoy. I love working with people and have a very good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt that there are many typed of people that make up this world and you have to look deeply to understand where they are coming from. Do not judge and be tolerant of others. I enjoy the camaraderie we have in the office. The most challenging part of my job is dealing with the different types of people i come into contact with from all over Africa - the different personalities, their different likes and dislikes - this has helped me understand human behaviour better.

I am self motivated person able to work under pressure with positive attitude.
i enjoy working at Tongaat Hulett as admin clerk i have leaned a lot from different clerks form other estate, i am self-motivated person able to work under pressure with positive attitude, i have faced a lot of challenges within the organisation but able to solve those challenges. my relationship with my collogues is very strong we help one another when someone need help. i am a team player.

Culture of Success
Have seen the company shift two dimension in the last 18 years, 2020 has been the most exhilarating and scary when you fighting for survival and rebuilding. The team spirit and drive is endearing. The culture has of accountability is brewering within the business. The changes are overwhelming where procedures were lacking and to implement in a short space of time is challenging when the human capital is resistant.

Excellent company and experience
Tongaat Hulett Sugar is a good company with so much to learn especially if you are in the engineering field . They are very good with training and do product quality trades man.

An excellent boiler maker with years in the field
Hi I am a well exposed boiler maker in the field with different useful tasks at hand, from drawings, fabrications according to the drawing requirements. Pipe works, plating, structures, markings off's and plant maintance. I do welding as well from Arch welding, gas weldings, aluminum, brazing, CO2 and argon. I work safely and reach target in time.

Excellent computer skills and analytical think
I would like to apply for the advertised Laboratory technician position as advertised bt the company. I do meet the requirements and i am confident that i am the best person for this position. I am a hard worker, able to work under pressure, good computer skills, and a good team player

I am the most experienced person in this trade good experience interms of breakdowns and standby performance a very good relationship with my co workers good communication with my superiors no challenges because we work hand in hand with the maintenance workers and superiors

I am well Experienced on Maintenance, fitting, Designing, Planning Projects, Welding, Operating
I was doing safety, maintenance for all the plant. I was working as groups to share the idea. I have learned that if uhave given a task u must make sure to complete them with in a stipulated time. The most challenging job is when we work on a confront space to replace a pump
