my relationship with co workers in can say is very good, we work as a team. enjoy my work I have worked for the company for more than 20 years which make it easy for because I know a lot of equipments , machinery e.t.c . workload I can say I 60% breakdowns not inciuded

Pros: great opportunity for promotion , on some days ido my boss job when he is on leave . in the past 3 years i got opportunity to act as a co ordinator for the department

Good working environment

Good working environment, understanding manager. Friendly people working at the company. Flexible working hour. Hey need to improve on communication and motivating employeess

Good learning

The company is good the is Alot happening but I think it's full of corruption. I came on the company without the boiler operator certificate in fact I didn't know know anything about operating the boiler but now I can operate a boiler. Thanks to my friend who is also one of the boiler operator ND to one of the fitter from the engineer who encourage me to always be open minded. My Co work are okay ND my supervisor he is the best I love working here but being under an agent I feel like they just using me because it's been 6years they don't talk anything about being parmenant.

Excellent

I'm always up to daten no back locks. .I take my duties seriously. Calm good communication skills. .friendly assisting everywhere I can.I engage and learn other responsible along the way.

HRBP- However the role is higjly administartive

Flat structure, no growth opportunities too much administrative tasks and paper work very small team, working in silos, too much bureaucracy and red-tape standing your ground firm is the way of survival Not much as compared to my previous companies. HR system are still newly applied and very restricted. No challenge that stand up for me in my role, except limitation of access to the systems

Pros: No opprtunity for growth
Cons: Very hectic adminisitrative tasks and paperwork

Excellent

Working there is very exciting I get well with my co- workers..I got a SAP training ,working under pressure..most challenging part was to get job cards back from artisans so that I can capture before closing business
