Company is well reputable and a good company to work for.
The organization is family oriented with emphasis on work life balance. The culture is static and fairly adaptable. Decisions are very fluid they are done with changes with demands and pressures from internal and external climate. Growth opportunities are very minimal as organization has very goat structures limiting promotions.

Excellent
I am excited about reading of the availability of your position. I believe that with my previous work experience in customer facing roles I can perform strong communication skills, great deal of commitment to task given,ability to work under pressure and work independently, ability to perform complex tasks and excellent problem solving skills. Good learning experience
I gained Instrumentation skills.Its a good company to start working at,as there a lot of old instruments and learned the basics of instrument..It's a pleasant working environment though at times it becomes difficult working with people who do not understand instrument but at the end of the day I make sure we reach our common goal.

Good Team Leader, Team player, motivator.
I'm currently working as Materials Team Leader for one of big and known company Tongaat Hulett, my day to day work is to see the smooth running of our packaging department by making sure that our machine are in good working condition, and team is working in a heathy and safe environment, report machine breakdown to engineering and I attend to, make sure the availability of materials needed. I'm currently studying Operations and Supply chain management with UNISA.
Pros: Studying with UNISA to empower and enhance my ability.
Cons: I work shift and weekend, also overtime when needed

Good company to work for
Long working hours I.e. 6 to 6 Good co workers as they are able to help where you don't understand no high chance of promotions and recognition. I have leant to deal with different character of different levels.what I have enjoyed most is that you learn to be independent as you most of the time needed to take decisions no matter how challenging it is

Quite challenging workplace
-working for a very busy company - organization of my work is very important -need to follow policies and procedures -flexible to applying one's discretion -can be challenging depending on how much one wants to learn -not too much room for growth

A learning curve
A normal working day starts at about 7am, this includes preparing samples for analysis, 40 samples a day ,to be analysed It's like a brother and sister kind of relationship with the co-workers I have learned that team work is very important I enjoy doingprojects, and presentations The most challenging aspects of the job is that its routine analysis, sometimes doing the same thing over and over can be a little bit draining

Based in the experience I have with more than 10years experience
