Im a fully fetched HR generalist with strong analytical, functional and technical capabilities

Is a highly pressurized environment and performance driven. I have learnt so much in my current tenure here at Tiger and the HR team is just phenomenon. I enjoy and believe in making change through ER, talent and development of our staff.

I am Persistent, highly motivated, goal oriented and passionate about Human Resource Management. I value and enjoy people, and am able to connect easily as well as build relationships. My real strength is my attention to detail, I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit to doing something I make sure that it is done, and on time. What I am looking for is a career of endless learning and development, a company that values customer relations, its people and where I can join a strong team and have positive impact. • Will ensure that the packaging material is available to the department at all times • Will schedule packaging on a daily basis with the plans and forecast supplied by the PM • Will ensure that weights of packets meet the required standards at all times • Will ensure and maintain stock levels of all products according to weekly budget • Disciplinary problems in accordance with laid down procedures • To ensure pallets are safely stacked inside the departments at all times • Must be able to do first line maintenance/ repairs on machines and supervising the operators • To drive safety, health, environment and risk initiatives and take part in incident investigations • Implement and maintain written safe work procedures and planned task observation • Ensure that artisans and operators work with correct lockout procedures • Monitoring CCP in the plant • Maintain and facilitate food safety programs with regards to documentation, inspections, closing out findings

Exposure to Illegal work stoppage procedures

I have been exposed to high volume of Disciplinary hearing and CCMA cases. I have also a strong expose on Learning and Development, Recruitment & Selection, Talent management, succession planning.

I gain a lot of opportunities.

I will like to work hard at one of the biggest company ,it was great to work with other core workers, such as team.I've leaned a lot from previous company.the most challenge thing I've leaned was to work hard be in your confident , i've done so much because I also leaner how to operated a machine.
