Great learning opportunities

Was an apprentice at thyssenkrupp industrial solutions for 3 years qualified October 2019 Was involved in the production of Boggies Chutes just to name a few ,worked shifts 15hours if deadlines needed to be met weekends as well Was working in a team of 9 The company was so good I learned co2 welding Read engineering drawings

Relationship. Learning. Enjoy. Challenges

The company was going through restructuring when I stated working and people used to make nasty comments and as a peace loving person I ignored them. I have learnt a new system SAP daproh and everyone in the company was still learning this new system and as a result the Team work was very good .I enjoyed the flexy time a lot as it gives time to make other things after work by helping kids their school work. The most challenging thing was the payment used to be done without invoices being processed and it was difficult to do the recons but I worked hard to process all the outstanding invoices so that when doing the next payment all invoice would be in the system.

Pros: Good working environment
Cons: Limited opportunity for promotion

Effective Safety Management

Total implementation of effective safety system. Monitoring of measurable results. Monthly presentation of the results to management. Record and reports of incidents, investigation of the roots cause. Training and awareness campaign to the employee's . Dealing with workers having the spirit of denial.

Pros: Opportunity for promotions where there even thou the company was struck by country economy.
Cons: Workshops demand much time to achieve it operational targets

Been in the training field for more than 30 years . A facilitator Assessor and Moderator.

Start a artisan training center from scratch to fully function training institution within 2 years. Develop all training material for courses and approved by the QCTO.

Pros: A go getter
Cons: Need to do a thing today tomorrow will bring its own problems be prepaired.

Excellent Safety Administrations and management learning curve

Safety Administrations is so important . It keeps all proof.This is so important for ISO 'S. Safety audits runs simpler. Updated incident record's keeping system if well updated determine the causes of incidents. Updated inspection registers. Local communication newsletter within the company.

Pros: Commitment to your work and passion is fulfilment.
Cons: It not all about long hours of work but best and quality results.

Enjoyed assisting people and IT challengers on a daily basis

great company to work for unfotunatley they have no business and needs to retrench.Enjoyed my work experience as i learnt alot. They have also looked after my finaacial well being.

Excellent

I help out temporarily with quality data books. My experience in working with my fellow staff was outstanding, fun and energetic. I learnt a lot whilst dealing with this type of work and would have definitely stayed with them if it wasn't that the contract ended.

Learning curve

I am able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. To submit monthly safety reports in time. Able to meet 90% of our safety target's with full support from all managers and employees .All this are possible through team work.

Pros: Opportunity for promotions where there even thou the company was struck by country economy.
Cons: Working independently over the weekend

Excellent Safety Administrations and management learning curve

Important factor in workplace safety is team work. Winning support from both management and the employees. Bringing awareness and commitment to both stakeholders to achieve our safety target's. To be part of the solution to problems that's pose risks to employees. Enforcement of compliance with the OHS act. Be able to encourage management to invest money in safety. safety programme to be established.Ensure training and coaching is done. Do Gap-analysis and motivate for training.

Pros: Meeting yearly safety objectives .
Cons: It not all about long hours of work but best and quality results.
