Excellent Safety Administrations and management learning curve
I did won trust management and workers. Accuracy was always expected from me. Time management. My work passion did bring much patient and achievements. I developed focus and target oriented mind.
Pros: Opportunity for promotions where there even thou the company was struck by country economy.

Work and life fulfilment is journey, it need passion.
I enjoyed team work both positive and negative contribution of the day work. All this prepare new and better strategic approach. Gap analysis with regard to training. I enjoyed first rejection by employees and strong support at a later stage. I learned more about diversity at workplace. I understand clearly safety policing and safety management.
Pros: Commitment to your work and passion is fulfilment.
Cons: It not all about long hours of work but best and quality results.

Challenges I overcome
My time I spend with Thyssenkrupp was more about safety administration. I did introduce ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 Implementation and Internal Auditing. Follow-up of Non-Conformities, Corrective Actions. Preventive Actions and Proposals for Improvement. Establish annual Objectives SHEQ matters. Training program. Lead the ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 certifications and maintain it. Report any deviations .with support from all different departmental supervisor recovery plan is done with achievable date's . Every SHE committee meeting this matters where addressed. People's whose tasked for close-up of deviations concerned was sometimes not reliable as date scheduled. Matters where sometimes taken personally and this affect relationshipstatus.
Pros: There was no chance of promotion according to our company organogram.
Cons: Workshops demand much time to achieve it operational targets

Working environment assessed , all safety signs, emergency equipmentsuch ready-made to use. Employee's inducted to their workplace. She committees appointed and machinery operators. Staff training and all safety documents approved.

Still learning
. I am currently employed as a work shop Planner at Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solution (Service center). I have completed N6 Mechanical Engineering and obtained my National Diploma. I also have S2 Mechanical Engineering at the former Technikon Witswatersrand. I also have a Certificate in Project Management with Rose bank College, Microsoft Projects intermediate, advanced with Key base, EPC and EPCM project scheduling and planning with SSG Consulting, I have completed advanced diploma in Project management and currently studying towards Certification on SAP PP with SAP and Primavera P6 with Oracle. To date, I have gained work experience in various manufacturing, Aviation and Mining related fields. As noted in my CV, I’m computer literate and enjoy the challenge of working with a team. I can effectively communicate and have strong team work abilities.

Relationship. Learning. Enjoy. Challenges
The company was going through restructuring when I stated working and people used to make nasty comments and as a peace loving person I ignored them. I have learnt a new system SAP daproh and everyone in the company was still learning this new system and as a result the Team work was very good .I enjoyed the flexy time a lot as it gives time to make other things after work by helping kids their school work. The most challenging thing was the payment used to be done without invoices being processed and it was difficult to do the recons but I worked hard to process all the outstanding invoices so that when doing the next payment all invoice would be in the system.

Great learning opportunities
Was an apprentice at thyssenkrupp industrial solutions for 3 years qualified October 2019 Was involved in the production of Boggies Chutes just to name a few ,worked shifts 15hours if deadlines needed to be met weekends as well Was working in a team of 9 The company was so good I learned co2 welding Read engineering drawings
