Open minded and risk taker

Through my experience I have improved and understood the importance of hard work and self-motivation. Efficiency and punctuality are my major keys in the work place, adaption to a new environment with new people gains me more knowledge and strengthens my ability of problem solving and coming up with logic ideas. Paying attention has always made me analytic on how to manage time, all mentioned above have made me achieve in good results and approaching any given task with eager to excel. I am what I am today through familiarities I went through and I’m ought to learn more.

Business & Marketing orientated

Day to day visitation of channel specific stores all around Gauteng, servicing outlets that are Vodacom orientated. Making sure brand visibility and awareness is there, instore and formal training given to staff on products and services. Relationship building with higher management and ground staff, merchandising of products visible, stock availability full to capacity making sure it is sales driven.

Pros: Weekend promotions to make sure clients are aware of the brand
Cons: Slow moving stock

What i have learned

Having a n honours degree in psychology and specializing in HIV/AIDS behaviour is a bonus with regards to the amount of information i have about corporate culture and how people/eempemployees shoould/can work with other. but when one has to actively work with people and , be part of recruiting, ,tr, training and the overall helping of lives is exhilarating. having the the experience from Atral group, CCI nad now at TCC, i am actually using the knowledge that i studied for and still egt to help people.

Pros: the ability to use my psychology degree and knowledge while i work with new people everyday
Cons: warehouse not receiving product on time for our campaigns

Perfect Learning

I have learnt to work on my own since i joined the company, managing my own work schedule. No pressure as long my diary is planned accordingly. I am now able to negotiate and discusses with managers.

Excellent learning curve , nurturing my skills

Overseeing multiple stores in central Johannesburg selling Nokia devices ; Track product sales weekly ; Report to my line manager meeting strict deadlines ; Negotiate with store managers for larger stock intakes of our products ;book appointments with store managers to perform demonstrations of the company's goods to staff; receive and report feedback from the client on our service’s customers; travel extensively to maintain positive feedback from stores I oversee ; assisting in selling devices to reach weekly targets ; incentivizing store staff to boost morale and sales

Excellent learning curve

Its great company to work for as one of the biggest Marketing company in Africa ,I really enjoyed my time and Its was good experience for me, I've been up skilled in so many aspects of marketing and sales,it gave me a broader perspective of the business,collaboration of marketing strategies and planning, I was grateful to acquire so much knowledge without obtaining a qualification for the knowledge I have, its honor to be equipped with such skills and understanding as sales Representative/consultant.

I'm a hard working person who listen to other colleagues and assist those who struggle to do their job and I enjoy to work under pressure, I have work for this company for very long time due to management they don't promote staff but to discriminate so I tend to look for other opportunity's if they are available so I can changed
