Relationship building
A typical work day is a lot of relationship building between store staff and store management. Visit 12 stores a day Monday to Friday training and building brand awareness for Nokia mobile devices. I have a good working relationship with my colleagues always willing to help, friendly and cordial. I have learnt how to better manage staff and how to create and stable working environment for all employees, I've learnt how to build relationships with staff and store management so our products can be ordered and sold at a quicker rate. Selling a product that was once a market leader, and now people are sceptical to sell or purchase from you is the most challenging part. Having to convert customers to your brand can be tough.

Great attention to detail & can learn easily
A typical day work consists of establishing the most important and closest deadlines that myself and the team need to complete. This is followed by the answering of emails and attending one or two departmental meetings to catch up on what is expected from the team this week. What I enjoy most is watching the work I do and that the team does, help the company run smoothly.
Pros: The affiliation and experience with the company creates a wonderful opportunity for my career.
Cons: The retention within the company is weak, and the opportunity for a salary increase is slim.

Excellent working experience and interaction between clients
A typical work day would be interacting with clients and make sure they know about our products. When working together our inhouse relationship is really good and open. I have learned great interpersonal skills and communication skills and how to speak to clients. The travelling to different locations was always fun.

Excellent learning curve
Working in the Field has taught me a rare skill of understanding the market and how people interact with you. It has taught me the ability of upset long and cross selling. It has also taught me to better my customer service and also meet the needs of customers and Clients which I serviced. There is no better training and experience than than to be placed directly to the market and learning through experiencesome and quickly query resolutions and also minting KPI.

Great opportunity for growth
It’s 9:00 to 18:00 job. Every morning the line manager distributes work accordingly and we get deadlines which I always meet. The older or more mature co workers are my favorite because of experiences and maturity. I have learnt good telephonic manners and lots of admin as well as computer use. I enjoy meeting deadlines and keeping busy. Most challenging aspect of the job is there’s seniors who don’t see eye to eye, so we are always required to choose a side.

Excellent experience
I started working for the creative counsel as non experienced rep.i have gained massive experienced during my time there.i also worked with highly experienced reps which also helped me to gain experience.i have won the award with tcc which is a sign of appreciation for my hard work.
