Good opportunity to grow and learning experience

In this company i have learnt how to deal with the customers by solving their problems, i have grown as everyone get to be upskilled and learn morethrough the company and that is what i enjoyed mostly to work underpressure and communicate with customers. The company provide different shifts and i managed to work them, also i have build a strong relationship with my colleagues as we work together to deliver a good service to the customers, the most challenge was dealing with an angry customer but in that you have to find solutions that can make the customer to be calm and offer help to the problem

Steady growth

Its a descent place to grow and improve your profesional experience. The company is always changing and it forces one to change with. There are lots of different avenues within the call centre industry to explore at Teleperformance. Still, the nature of working within a BPO is not easy and one never really feels the comfort of job security no matter how stable the campaign is that your workig on.

Working with people with different personalities and learning new things every day

A day in the work place is vibrant, it is stressful as we have to Mai tain a quiet yet balanced workload,. Relationship with coworkers are the good thing out of the company except with certain managers. I learnt how to deal with UK customers and I learnt many skills I enjoy talking to different people every day The most challenging thing I face with the company would be when they do not allow you to enter the floor with snacks or certain bottles.

It is alwasy a great opperunity

My relationship with co -workers was very good its always fun to work with them. I have learned how to be more out off the box thinker than the normal person. I enjoyed most looking forward to see my co-workers they bring lite to my day. Is not knowing what to expect on a daily bases it always changing
