working here is a good experience and the daily tasks are very eye opening so am learning a lot which gives me experience.the team that we work with is a very exeptional team to work with, very competitive and helpful/team players.

Great learning opportunity
Your ordinary day entails attending to open service tickets and resolving them with in SLA. I have built a great relationship with all my colleagues and look to them for support with any issues I am faced with in the field, as do they. The learning never ends and that is what I enjoy most. Banking applications are very tricky and keep getting trickier

Excellent Learning curve and growth
IIIt has been a great opportunity to get to work for the company I currently work for, I gained a lot's of experience with the information shared by my collegues.My relationship with people that I work with is excellent, we work well with each other.As an administrator I do different kind of activities/tasks daily and each and everyday I gain knowledge.I'm very good with laptops, My typing skill is excellent, I am a fast learner and I like being challenged with new things everyday.

Good company
Changing toners and installing drivers and softwares had to deal with clients who didn't want to understand when it was a busy day but it was a good working environment absa management was good relationship with co-workers was good coz we helped each other.

Astonishing Experience
For me working for my company was such a huge and great opportunity first you got to appreciate the warmth it brought ,it was like a second home though we were dealing with deferent client from day to day and face to face ,you actually get to know and learn from lots and lots of people and you get to show them how good are you with your work the amazing part it wen they send a recommendation email to management expressing them self about how great was the service. It just made me put more effect it gave me a purpose to want to wake up in the morning and go to work with a smile.

Good company to learn
My duty involves escalating issues where necessary, resolving technical, build and install PCs , installing softwares and drivers, devices such as printers, scanners, datacard priners, cashier terminals, teller cash recycler, card readers, biometrics and others. Disabling and assembling devices. My duties also include travelling to clients daily to resolve support request, branch installations and revamps, to diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents and to assist any users with any logged IT related incidents when called upon. I also have strong background with printers and MFDs.
Pros: Working on various accounts, simply meaning you get to work on a variety of devices, softwares and applications. Different people and environment daily

Excellent learning curve
From my learnership wa provided with an internship and eventually employed. Grew from junior to a senior operator working in different companies cause I was outsourced. Have experience in desktop support, AS400 operation and AIX operations. A great company that believes in providing opportunities to inexperienced youth looking for work.

Great working experience
Working for TCM was a great experience for learning new skills and acquiring knowledge and information in the sector that i was in (IT), I've worked so well with colleagues and management and In terms of learning ive improved my skills and gained more knowledge, I've enjoyed interacting with users, the most challenging part was the management style they had by moving their employees from one company to another from different cities, suburbs, and locations.

No
The first time I start working here I was so happy that I have found a job and will be able to take care of my son and my mom. 14 years later still unable to take care of my kids. My relationship with my co-workers is perfect the problem is with management. The most challenging aspect of my job is to teach a new employee the job then the next thing she is your senior,earning more than you and being your superior. I love my job because I know what I am doing and I am proud of it even the customers are happy about me. I have learned to do my work and close my mouth simple.
