Ability to multi-task, manage time
My name is Asande Khanyile a young hard worker i'm 21 years old. I'm under a company called TCM but doing my practicals at Absa on IT learnership (Technical support). we working with the products like printers and laptops, troubleshooting and assisting the users with the issues they came across with. I have an ability to multi-task, manage time, i also manage incoming calls and i can handle customer complaints. I have learn to how to communicate with the workers and how to deal with different users.
Pros: trips and gaining knowledge with other companies

Great entry level experience
Working for Technology Corporate Management I have gained a lot of experience and exposure to work at the field, office environment and workshop. I have learned to image, migrate, encrypt, patch laptops and desktops and also configured and built servers. I have a very strong relationship with my co-workers because we work as a team all the time and assisting each other.

Motivation
I have attained experience in various aspects of employment and I believe that I am capable of learning at a fast pace and adapt to any working environment. The corporate / computing world always amazed me and to be apart of it is a great achievement for me. Well from the years I have been at Technology Corporate Management I have to say I enjoyed every moment, I think that's because I work with the most amazing people,Well we do have our fights sometimes but that's just one of those things, I have a learned a lot my mentor is awesome I think she's the smartest person I know, the knowledge I have gathered from her is enormous,I never thought I would enjoy working In the office, answering calls and what not turns out I do, As long as I'm still here I intend on gathering more knowledge as much as I can.

Excellent place to learn. both with the work experience and life
working here is a good experience and the daily tasks are very eye opening so am learning a lot which gives me experience.the team that we work with is a very exeptional team to work with, very competitive and helpful/team players.

Great learning opportunity
Your ordinary day entails attending to open service tickets and resolving them with in SLA. I have built a great relationship with all my colleagues and look to them for support with any issues I am faced with in the field, as do they. The learning never ends and that is what I enjoy most. Banking applications are very tricky and keep getting trickier
