Good working skills

They are a good company, but the way they run the company wasnt right. They expect alot more from employers and employees and dont ruminate then for there hard work. I have leanrt alot over the years with my team which we worked on the absa account only. Dealing with all absa staff was exciting and i enjoyed going to work everyday and having a great communication with each and everyone. I ran multiple sites at once and attended to multiple escalations and was there when needed and gave my all, but tcm as a company doesnt see what you put into the company so that they can have a good name at the end of the day.

Pros: You learn alot within the company
Cons: Company doesnt see what you worth and what you do

Excellent Learning

Attend calls daily before they meet SLA. Like the fact that I meet my clients and work one on one with them I find it easy than over the phone. Co-workers are great to do some work together to show great results at the end of the day, that is team work. I have gained a lot of responsibility and to keep time hence time is money so I do my best to manage it. I get to smile at the end of every call out I attend when I see our clients happy, It makes my days. Besides not having spares enough parts to attend calls I see not no other challenge. As long the communication with the management is great.

Pros: It will be an hounor
Cons: I do overtimes I do not mind

Microsoft 0ffice 2007,2010,2013,2016 and 365

I am doing A field Job supporting STD bank my area of my work is Parktown and Roseank ,I assist user with any IT problems Daily,Even network problem if the need Help,I have a good relationships with my Co-workers we help each other if someone stuck with a call,I have learn that you need to assist each other because,even if the following day if you can stuck is easy to call you co-workers,I am to see my clients when the are happy after i finish to assist them ,it make me happy,i enjoy if i can resolve a call within few minutes,the most challenging with IT Desktop Support is to deal with difficult users ,but challenge it make me learn and control my emotions

There are so many environments and duties within information technology and customer services

one of the key duties is to keep the relationship between the company and clients good at all cost, pleasing both parties to continue with their respective contracts. Usually under intense of pressure everyday as issues and unplanned events arise daily. a typical day at work would start with drama and issues as clients flock in in early in the morning,making sure that all equipment's needed to be productive are operational as soon as they enter their working stations. what i have learnt is in these field listening to understand and patience towards clients is key to make your work easier. I enjoy mostly being challenged by an issue for the first time and making any means necessary to have it sorted in time,setting a smile on a clients face knowing it was your good service always fuels me. mixing technological tools and people is always the worst,there's no way of calculating the outcome.

Pros: great opportunity to establish myself within the environment and gain as much knowledge as possible

For a person who is from school this is a great company to start working for

i have a very good relationship with my colleagues and managers. i have a lot from work place . i enjoy the challenges . the most challenging would be having to assist an impatient user .

Cons: no salary growth
