Still growing
Daily duties include assisting all Eskom Employees National with their Day to day desktop, printer and Network issues. I form part of a servicedesk team that accepts inbound calls and assist eskom employees telephonicaly and remotely where it found necessary.

its busy everyday, my relationships with co-workers is good, i have learnt a lot since i came here, i enjoy learning everyday, the most challenging aspect is when you have a lot to do on your plate.

Preparing of proposal was interesting but when they got approved was so exciting
T-system was a big company were team work is important and have to ensure continuity for each employer to reach his or her goals. Handle facilities management accounts and contracts. Compile contracts, tenders, proposals, financials and deliverables. Deal with queries and procuring of goods. Loading of claims on SAP and follow up on claims. Compile contract report, daily operational reports and projects.

T-Systems experience
I signed with T-Systems as part of their learnership program which includes 2 months practical work. In a period of less than 2 months I was able to attain 3 certificates including CompTIA A+ and N+. It's been an amazing experience learning first hand on how desktop support works. Right now I'm looking for an opportunity to grow and apply all my skills and knowledge then learn new skills.

Some good experience
Great company to work for - have learnt a lot whilst working in my current role - have received some good experience - some concern over future of the organization - so job security is something that is concerning everyone at the moment.

A good place to grow
It is a good place with lot challenges, and its a very competitive environment. There is a room of growing gradually and get certified as you wish. the environment is good even though sometimes you need to go extra mile to meet standards that are set.

I am a certified SAP HANA associate consultant with experience in SAP BW BI. have good analytics skills. have experience working with qlikview. I have also worked as an accountant and a bookkeeper.
