Being a baggage handler and check in agent

I have a great communication skill and can work with many different types of people of varying personalities and skill level . I am motivated displined and focuse determine to get job done

Excellence experience

Working at Swissport is a great experience for me and I love working with my colleagues , the passengers are awesome you mean new people everyday with different characters some good and some short tampered if it wasn't for the salary rage I wouldn't have a problem staying longer there's a lot of growth at that company and a great start for school leavers or graduates who are looking for experience working at the airport and customer service.

In excellence we can overcome anything

Learning new things daily,gaining more experience and knowledge in other posts..I enjoyed solving peoples broblemsand paper work.The most challenging part ive delt with is when people dont respect my the importance of my job

Managing Operations, customer care Service, telephone skills, computer systems

Customer Service agents, making sure all equipments are at the parking bays before flights landed, sending staff to the flight organizing wheelchair, and medical transport if its necessary, managing all Operations, communicating with clients from inside and outside Airport, communicating with manager outside to check if preparation is done, send shift daily shifts report to all MANAGEMENT after shift
