It's a learning experience. Aviation hours are not easy but we get used to it. Work well with other people. We support each other growth. We motivate each other to do better.

Lack proffesionalism
employees not valued company takes decision for employees no team work always shortage of hours working abnormal hours abnormal shifts eg:03-13:30 labour law not followed i love communicating with passengers as a check inn agent

Excelent learning
Since iv join the company it was good for learning but the where discrution such as salarie scale sum will be pain more since thier white of wich we where doing same job

Earning excellent Communication skills
What I enjoyed most at my previous job was that I had to interact with new people every day. I enjoyed seeing a customer walking away with a smile on their face, this has made me gain confidence about my job. The most challenging part of my job was that I had to work shifts, so as a student who never worked before I struggled so much to clock in at work at 4am.

The are lots of think to learn the work is bit challenging.My co workers are a team with a person can work with, different characters, we have the same vision about the company. I have learned the importance of time management, I have learned to work with different characters of people, to be understanding,patience. I enjoy going an extra mile for my team nd company and meeting g my deadline. Not being able to balance.

Excellent learning
My job was to assist passenger check them in for there flight and everyday i work with different teams then we use to share better ideals and it was good to work with people that they understand you even if you're off they miss you because the way you respect the biggest things i learn is don't undermine others and respect everyone equal and the most challenge that i get is if you're not focuse you will get into troubles

Excellent learning curve
Working at my currently has been an amazing opportunity. I.met many wonderful people and I have learnt a lot about being a professional. I have grown as a professional since I first arrived and I attribute that to my team and the great working relationship I managed to form with everyone. The job had its challenges, the safety culture still needs some development but the team is on track towards working on building that. I enjoyed my work because it meant that I can do meaningful work and add value to the organisation. Looking back at the work that I have done in the past 4 years, I am proud to have been a part of a team that has contributed in changing people’s lives for the better.
