Beautiful to learn new things in the industry

Have a very positive understanding and work ethics with colleagues. And working with customer service is the best knowing u can always put yourself in another client shoes is the best and also knowing u can fix the problem and find a solution to what the current situation look like is a great work and great job well done. I have learned each day you learn something new and each day has its difffent challenges in your work place but it’s how u overcome many things at work stations.

Communication skills

I was a check in agent at the airport so I used to work shifts. It was not easy because I was working at international flights where sometimes they would be a barrier in talking communication but I learnt to be patient and calm and try to explain up until we understand each other. I enjoyed because I learn to deal with difficult passengers.

Pros: It was great because I learnt to differentiate between the fake visa and genuine one and passports as well.

Good communication

My name is Dinah and I'm interested on serving my experience with fly Safair crew,i have 12years in the Aviation industry as a flight supervisor,i supervise loading and offloading of Baggage,mail and Cargo on the flights,i comply with safety,i also make sure that the flight depart safely and on time.I have load control certificate with Emirates ,I also have ramp agent certificate with Lufthansa,I can load all types of aircraft,I'm a humble and passionate person,I'm also punctual.I've acted as a Duty Manager for 9 months.I like communicating with people as Aviation is all about,communication. Thank you

Good experience

Whilst working at Swissport I was exposed to a lot such as conducting the recruitment and selection process. Issuing of warning,grievances as well as gathering necessary documents for a disciplinary hearing and sorting in on the process. Despite being in on that I was in charge of the uniform departments and was also able to create job descriptions for the restructuring of the company and help with amendments on company policies.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain skills and knowledge
Cons: Not enough remuneration

Lack proffesionalism

employees not valued company takes decision for employees no team work always shortage of hours working abnormal hours abnormal shifts eg:03-13:30 labour law not followed i love communicating with passengers as a check inn agent

Excelent learning

Since iv join the company it was good for learning but the where discrution such as salarie scale sum will be pain more since thier white of wich we where doing same job

I am hard working person and have the ability to work with different kinds of people. I have passion for communication with all cultures. I am willing to go extra miles and i am able to work long hours as required if so and İ am friendly, confident and sociable. İ’m well presented, articulate and confindent individual with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers leave with a lasting positive impression of their service. Having a outgoing personality, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a mult-national team environment with confidence. Excellent learning curve

I have learnt that, how to work with people and how to deal with difficult passengers and as well as working under pressure. What I enjoyed the most is the working environment, we were like a family. The most challenging thing was when we experience delays, passengers would panicked and ask you all sort of questions some you don't have an answer for
