Best opportunity to find myself in the business world

Its a man’s world, what i mean its an opportunity driven job which is challenging an not for women in the publics eye but i enjoy the work and i try hard each day to prove myself. Well my typical day is chatting with client trying to sell and assist them on our repairs and i always try to assure them i know what am doing and practice it.

Pros: Personality changer
Cons: One day off per week, working 52 hours per week, no over time, promotions are scarce

Good experience with customers

Working with customers is very good when you know how to keep them happy making them feeling special all the time and know how to solve problems dealing with all kind of customers,Working as a team is very good help each other all the time and I find nothing challenging because I know my job

Excellence

dealing with typical customers,dealing with typical workers,dealing with stock lost,stock damages,shrinkage. I am always doing meeting with stuff to build up good working environment. i have learn to respect customers handling stock take mantaining the whole shop.i real enjoy doing my best when not expected. the most challenging is to deal with stuff who undermine your authority
