Customer service
I am a good listener, i would like to work in a company where is willing to give an extra mile of learning new big skills. I have learned that customers are the first prior to be served, treated with a respect at all time, customers are always right. I enjoyed doing my work at all times, greeting customers with a smile and welcoming them. The most challenging aspect was when a customer was yelling at me and shouting ,that way i was feeling down. When it comes to a cashup time i was feeling happy at the same time feeling tired , because we were working long hours- 14 hours.

I learnt a lot different peoples characters and different experience because there are so many department in there i worked there as general worker. Work as cashier,merchandiser and as a supervisor

NEW CHALANGE
As soon after opening i doing the rounds, I usually analyse the store performance of the previous day: did we meet our target turnover? How does it compare to the same day last year? I can know in a couple of clicks how many items one of my cashiers scans a minute, or how many sales I missed out on when an item wasn’t available. I can find out if I have a majority of customers with children or without children, if they buy organic food, if they’ll go for discount items. I even get grades every three months on how clean my storage space is.

E-learning
Its very nice working at spar its good to communicate with customers advertising our brand. I'm learning a lot in here like doing some orders, doing returns for other outside companies so I'm very greatful working in here

Im a goal driven person that loves to work and learn new things .
Im a fast learner and hard worker that puts pride into my work and presentation of my work I like to keep this up to customers standards and am a great team player I like challenging myself to reach targets and goals .i worked in butchery all my life and most of the years as a manger my day would start by checking expired or damaged products im the counter then writing a list of what is short on my counters ill then set out daily tasks for each person and start with mince as it should be fresh and ready for trade before doors open and then start to cut what else is needed while I plan and order stock preparing for week ends.

Excellence in customer care service
Excellence in good customer service and also selling a healthy product. Working well alongside more senior colleagues.working hard to reach a business potential market . Most challenging is that working hour are too much and theres no working shifts.

Excellent working environment
It's a nice working environment everyone is always in good moodand always willing to assist customers in whatever a customer wants. It is always good to help someone so in my work I enjoy assisting customers even though they can sometimes be difficult towards us as staff

recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff managing budgets maintaining statistical and financial records dealing with customer queries and complaints overseeing pricing and stock control maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation preparing promotional materials and displays liaising with head office.
