Excellent learning curve

Topical day will be capturing all the coming inputs meaning changes to personal files of the employee, working at a large institution like this you get to experience different queries,different personality. I have learned to understand people as a whole, and there behavior, I learned a new computer program IFS which is only the only company using it at the moment

Cons: sometimes long working hours

Excellent company benefits and perks eg housing subsidy and medical aid.

 company I work for gives Attractive packages which includes training for anyone that's new and inexperienced in a specific position. They also offer excellent perks such as housing subsidy and medical aid as well as study assist by paying for the employee study fees. However in my current position there’s no promotions available and therefore with the high cost of living my salary is very low compared to the other staff members in my department. Which leaves me way below the threshold for a very long time almost 10 years and my salary hasn’t been reviewed yet I do a lot more than my job description.

Pros: Salary perks are fair
Cons: A promotion is very hard to come by in my current position.
