Development

I will love to learn more about other business and what does it take to be on the board members. Faster learn like to assist others in their work areas and been there on all commitment and life up to the code of conduct of the company. Like and love to get along with co-workers less of a social more in door. And I lov em family as much asbi love what I am doing at work.

Best thing about my job

Work from 8:30 to 5pm. In the morning check emails and responde. Check the clocking device (Kronos) and close the hours if there are correct. Liase with managers if there are problems with departments. Check and capture inputs from HR. Process payroll and close it. Do thirty part payments and send reports and payslip.

Pros: Unfortunately there aren't so many growth opportunity unlessyou study further
Cons: Long hours comes with working in Payroll department especially towards the end of the month

Very good understanding of my work

Have learnt different systems such as IFS, Oracle and the finger prints verification system. Such a lovely environment and adorable people to work with What i find challenging though exiting in my job is recruitment trying to find the perfect fit for the job

Pros: There are no opporyunities for growth
Cons: Salary is very low compared to the work one has to do

My Current Job

I am currently working at Meropa Casino ,we are a team of 5 people. I enjoy working with them, We sometimes work during weekends to polish up our books when needs calls , We always share duties amongst all of us The most challenging times is during year end when we spend most of our times at work most of all we have create times at work

Excellent learning curve

Topical day will be capturing all the coming inputs meaning changes to personal files of the employee, working at a large institution like this you get to experience different queries,different personality. I have learned to understand people as a whole, and there behavior, I learned a new computer program IFS which is only the only company using it at the moment
