Poor leadership and pay

Was treated very poorly by management Sexual harassment was rampant and there a lack of professionalism in the workplace often Potential to make money was high but due to a poor system, chance was reduced greatly I did not enjoy my time there one bit, despite my sales skills being good Worked for a distributor so not sure how the main company was

Excellent working environment and easy to learn.

Since I worked here I gained lot of experience and able to present a product to a client and close a deal. I'm able to build a rapport. The work environment is so perfect as you work smart on your own pace.

Good working conditions

My dream to the company growth .Good worker and good in communication and team work and to be a team leader , like others in put and out put and i love to assist my co-workers at working area and outside areas and to implement new things in the company so that the company can growth fast, sharing ideas in the working conditions and helping each other daily as a team and finally to win at the end of the day.

Pros: to be one of the team leader who can make the company growth faster.

Good learning incentives about sales.

I enjoy my position at my current job but I feel I'm not suited to the position at hand and the company's rules and regulations as I feel very limited while doing sales.

Pros: Good learning curve on sales industry.

Team work is key

On a typical day we focus on booking appointments and meeting those clients for a free presentation on how to trade in the financial market. I had an awesome time working in a group, for we did so much more with less effort - everyone carried out their tasks effectively. This established trust among us. I have realised that we can accomplish sustainable growth together.

Pros: Good opportunity to make a presentation on how people make money daily.
Cons: Meeting clients in and out of Johannesburg

It was a change for me coming from a Banking industry and this company has shown me a lot about Trading in the Stock Market. I love the flexibility of the job. I need growth and a new challenge.
