Very awesome company for one to work for and learn a lot from our managers and CEO it's a platform to start trading even if you work for them and work under pressure but teach you how to manage time not to be under pressure without break...

Beautiful service / and product and work and private life balance

A wonderful experience with getting to know the sales environment, and a wonderful product / service to sell to people. The people in my team are wonderful. I think the corporate environment could be improved, and I don't know the executive and management long enough to make an qualified comment.

Pros: opportunities to climb the corporate ladder are wide
Cons: sales are tough in a sluggish economy

Good motivation with incentives.

I think this is a perfect place to work. If you have no experience what soever and just came out of highschool. When seeing clients you use your own transport and with that your oen transport money. Therefore i think its a total waste of time because klients stretch as far as secunda.. Just to get there and give a presentation so they can say no.. Then all that petrol money lost.

Cons: Dont give petrol money, leads are crap, advertises a basic aalary but when you get there its only target driven by a impossible target, they cant manage, are greedy because they hire soo much people due too the basic.

Phenomenal growth and oppertunity and great positive environment

The company has a great structure and treat everyone fairly and equally by allowing you to write your own paychecks. They grow fast and have a lot of room for development and ideas.

Excellent Learning Curve

Fast pace growing world of investing in the market and trading, something different a bit challenging as not everyone is open to change and there are many fraudulent activities out there that make people with not much knowledge sceptical to invest, which is where I come in. My job is to educate people about the market and how they can benefit from it through our channels. Very friendly and ambitious people that I work with, and it's a fun job although it requires a lot of dedication

Hard work pays

I love my new job in sales consultant. I talk to different people everyday and making apointment to clients. My challenge is meeting the target every week acording to the given target. I love wirking with my coligues cause they are very friendly and make the work enviroment warm and encouraging to work hard

Its target driven salary

The salary target if yoy don't make a target yiy don't get your salary and the target is impossible 90 people per month and have to look for people they don't give yoy the people .

Helping clients to open their trade accounts with Johannesburg stock exchange so that they can start trading on stock market, it was good working as a team bcz it was helping us to archive our target ontime
