Excellent managing skills

I work abormal hours not a staight shift. The most irritating shift is the double shift where i have to work from 6am to 8pm. I have been threatenned that if i dont like the treatment i cn just leave. I do everything, stock takes, contracts, salaries, stock capturing, sometimes i even work as a cashier due to staff shortage.actually this company has made me gate my job, because many abusive words were said and we have no one to fight for us as managers, i love what i do and im really good at it bt the treatment i am getting and the salary is very little, cashiers from the garage get 10 000 a month, but me as a manager i get less.

Fine work place

Fun to work at . I'm always willing to learn more each day . Nice to work as a team each day . No lunch. To long hours . The company do give you to much to choose of ... They don't awayl help you or learn you the basic stuff ... you must learn your self ...

ana I have learned a lot in restaurant, so now I need to change my career path to the best of my knowledge, by working with you guys. Because in Steers the management of the there is not professional development when it comes to communicating. And this side the contract says working hours is 8:00 to 20:30

A hard worker who enjoys cooking who's energetic, but have short tempted sometimes

I'm working there because I struggle to find a job, but I enjoy cooking and other staff, there no peace I was shouting for nothing you end think of leaving the job but because we want money we force ourselves to be strong until something good happens

Pros: Only favoured people get the promotion only other they don't
Cons: Up to 12 hours

I am a fast learner

I have 1-2 years experience of cashier. And I have good communication with people I work with I respect everyone. I learn to lesson customers and respect them and customer always right

A good learning experience for me

The workday hours were quite long a shift would start at 8am and end at 21:00 with only one hour lunch in between. I had a lovely work relationship with my coworkers as we spent most of the time with each other. We grew to become family. I have learnt that the with customers patience is virtue. I enjoyed interacting with customers on a day to day basis.

Not a perfect learning curve.

For Mei found it so hard to see myself grow there. I only worked there because I was desperate and not being lucky in finding employment. The management is not doing a good job when it comes to protecting us and there's thing I hate the

Punctuality and team working effort

I learned how to build team effort nd how to work together as a team. Also learned how to clean as you go. I learned how to count and ballance stock. Team leading efforts and making of food. Being responsible for each other as teams.

Hard working

I enjoy working with people as well as customers because I believe I am friendly enough and funny entertaining person, working with people thought me that people are different and they can't be treated the same.
