A lot to learn
It's a great learning curve whereby you are dealing with people every minute of your hour, time management essential and accuracy needs to tlbe at tee. Need for speed and enthusiasm. The atmosphere is of outmost Importance and the relationship with Co workers has made us become family, priotizing our every day duty as the company interest comes first. I have learnt to work well under pressure, people management and the need for speed. I mostly enjoy to interact with people which is the most important aspect in the company to grow, because without a customer there is no us. An every day job of having to serve people with different personalities.

I learn how to respect each other. And how to behave when u help costumers
Is good to as team lesson our bosses I learn more about customers care And I enjoyed helping customers And I learned that if customers doesn't like your perfomence you try to cum customer down and apologise to customer

Good leaning skills
Long hours The relationship is good Leaned how to manage the restuarant, treat customers, sales and upselling I enjoy working with different people and the relationship between me and the customers. The only challenges that I faced is when we have to cash up the tills and to balance the cash up.. counting stock and working long hours.

My restaurant work expirence
Good day I have worked as a manager at Steers and Mochachos in Centurion mall, my core responsibilities were as follows, stock control, stock count, ordering of stock, staff management, cash management, HR, payroll, daily cash up, daily wrap up report, weekly and monthly report. In short I ran the business.

Interpersonal skills
I used to work 8-9 hours night or day shifts I had a very good relationship with my ex-co-workers and synergistic I have learned to work under pressure and to have sense agerncy I enjoyed doing my work, being productive around my co-workers and how to deal with customers patiently To deal with an arrogant customer when they have a complain.

Gaining general experience
At steers you learn responsibility for your actions. I mostly enjoy interacting with customers and admin duties. You work in shifts. There is no place for growth but you do gain alot of experience. You experience what hardwork really is. What customer service is and how to satisfy a difficult customer.

I have learned to be friendly and to be good communication skills to customer.
I work as a cashier and a waiter as well as cleaning the store.I have a good relationship with my co-workers.I have learnt to deliver an excellent service at all times and always smile even if I don't fell like.I enjoyed meeting different people everyday and the tips they gave me just to appreciate the service I gave them.The most challenging aspects of my job is that some customers came and want the refunds because they were not satisfied about the food I served them.I knocked out very late and at the end of a month does not pay very well.

Excellent managing skills
I work abormal hours not a staight shift. The most irritating shift is the double shift where i have to work from 6am to 8pm. I have been threatenned that if i dont like the treatment i cn just leave. I do everything, stock takes, contracts, salaries, stock capturing, sometimes i even work as a cashier due to staff shortage.actually this company has made me gate my job, because many abusive words were said and we have no one to fight for us as managers, i love what i do and im really good at it bt the treatment i am getting and the salary is very little, cashiers from the garage get 10 000 a month, but me as a manager i get less.

ana I have learned a lot in restaurant, so now I need to change my career path to the best of my knowledge, by working with you guys. Because in Steers the management of the there is not professional development when it comes to communicating. And this side the contract says working hours is 8:00 to 20:30
