Team work means a lot to everyone. Management takes care of their employees. We do not to overtime or anything else that is notin the contract. I have learnt that challenging situations can be solved through team work and communication. We take long hours of shifts, and they are tiring.

Excellent Career Development
Preparing and processing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices. Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing systems. Tracking and monitoring financial transactions. Reviewing financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy. Performing account reconciliations and audits. Reporting financial discrepancies, errors, and customer complaints to the supervisor. Compiling financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents, as needed. Providing customer service by answer questions and resolving queries and issues. Ensuring that the financial office supplies are maintained. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filling out forms, filing, and answering phone calls and emails.

Excellent learning curve
It was a great working there. I have learned a lot and I'll forever be grateful for the opportunity. Working at Statistics you gane a lot in a short time, as long as you are dedicated,a hard worker and a fast learner. My colleagues were friendly.. I've learned leadership skills.

Informative and educational
The organisation that I currently work for deals with collection of data and analysis. My Job requires a person who is always attentive to details, as it is expected of me to accurately capture data and questionnaires as it is in order to meet the accurate results. The data or questionnaires that I capture on a daily basis it is information that is collected by my colleagues from the field through face to face interview with different respondents. for me to perform my tasks in a satisfactory manner is through teamwork with my colleagues.
Pros: The organisation offer bursaries for those wanting to further educate themselves and prosper in life

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day for me is when the company/organisation has a positive spirit for a person to grow and learn more experience and work must be very challenging for an employee to enjoy waking up in the morning to work. my relationship with co-workers is strictly professional, i have learnt that nothing is impossible if i am willing to achieve the task of the day, I enjoy working in a environment whereby by employees respects each other and management understand and acknowledge an employee's efforts, the most challenging aspects of the job is when i couldn't reach the target at the end of the day e.g due to lack of resources and time. Thank you
