Excellent learning Platform

My day at work is always a busy day which includes travelling on a daily basis to my six branches. I have a very good relationship with the staff members within my cluster and outside my cluster. I have learned that people are not the same however one needs to treat each staff members with respect and dignity. I enjoy working with my team because as a team we are able to achieve our goals together. The most challenging aspects of my Job is people that i work with have hectic schedules and tight deadlines and sometimes it becomes a challenge to them to also make sure that they include quality assurance as part of their daily work duties.

Able to work under pressure

ive enjoyed working for the bank but have to move else where.my team leader was welling to assist us able to coach you. must challenging part was that you need to be extra careful with the notes and cheques as some are counterfeit notes.the relationship between me and my co-workers was excellent and at the end of the day we are suppose to work together to reach the banks goals .

Pros: ive learned a lot,clients behavour,and how to keep secrets as i deal with clients cash ,eg when a 3rd part came to draw and theres no cash on clients account you dont tell the 3rd part about the account.
Cons: few hours of work as we were on contract of 110 hours a month and the branch was very quity

Cover letter

I work in a team of 12 including my team leader, we processes different applications daily, I am a proactive and I have the sense of urgency. in team I am the only member that deals with 5 products namely vehicle and asset finance, home loans, card, bank codes and deceased. over the years within the bank I have worked in 3 departments namely originations, record management and services. I have acquired a number of skills learned many products within different capabilities. we work in the chain value system and we constantly come up with new ways of working in order to improve the systems we use. I enjoy helping our customers, resolving customers queries some how gives me the certain level of joy. the most challenging aspect of job is when the most of my team members are absent where by one have to carry all the load on his/her shoulders because we should not have to inconvenient our customers..

Pros: moving from grade 6 position to a grade 7
Cons: working more than 12 hours

Hardworking, team player.

In my previous employers work : -daily job was to work with customers - provide solutions to their problems, - deal with all types of customers (frustrated/angry/happy etc.) - at the end of the day provide team leader with sales for the day.

In my current role I manage fastest growing Digital Sales Call Centre environments within the bank. My span of control includes the Outbound, Inbound Call Centre and Admin Support. In the past year, I’ve been instrumental in shaping the high performance culture that is evident in my team. On a daily basis I need to apply and review the annual operating plan to ensure its effective implementation supporting the contact Centre’s goals of effective and efficient customer centric service delivery within the risk framework of the Bank. To interpret and apply the contact Centre’s employee engagement plans to build a team of team leaders/Managers and agents that are motivated, inspired, suitably skilled and focused. To work with other managers and business stakeholders to remove operational obstacles and ensure implementation of customer value proposition.

I am a confident young lady that has the willingness and tenacity to go the extra mile with a smile, my desire to perform well, experience and interaction with people from all levels will serve me well as I am a Receptionist. Excellent learning curve

I have learnt to multitask. My colleagues are friendly. It's the same thing daily. Get to work assist customers telephony then leave. I have also learnt to be a fast learner. Learn a lot of things in a little time.
