Working long hours and doesn't want to pay ......yes they give the opportunity to workers to prove them self and give the promotions. The management want to get work done and don't care how and that's make the employees to borrow strong and able to make decisions and stand firm on it

Creating confidence

it is very exciting working for such a great company, it is like a big family and we all strive to improve and live by 100% accountability 0% excuses. i have really seen the positive effects of marketing that has increased our company in the long run. i am also the editor to our monthly newsletter.

Pros: they care about employees well being.
Cons: they are currently in the prosses of selling the Reaction division.

Hard working person

Self organised person and i well work as team assisting them where ever they lack .i can work under pressure and self motivated. I always dedicated my job as first priority and organise teamwork motivate them and make sure they doing the right job at end of the day.

Wonderful company to work for great staff and senior managment always available and willing to assist and help to understand,couch and advice and internal promotions is of utmost importance and The interaction between managment and staff is incredible.

I'm willing to work shifts,under pressure, to work as a team but can work well ad individual

I am individual who UA working well with my team,they always calling me master mind due to my kindness toward anyone at work place,we always encouraging one another at anytime especially due to bad time,I'm energetic actually ,respect Is like a food to me.Thanks will be happy to join your team

Safety is my life

I have stared in safety at kelvin power station after my security career. Then moved to North Cape to work in construction building solar plants. Learned alot but very far from my family. Came back to Pta but would like to go back in Safety enviroment close to home.

Pros: work myself up in ompanies up to contract manager.
Cons: worked 12hour shifts before and will not be a problem
