Time management skills and can work well under pressure.
It's a good company always makes you feel better about yourself and your family. I learned how to treat others in your life and know I'm easily adapted to positive and any other change and development offered to me or improving the work needed to be done with a healthy time management in mind and the possible soonest results on the outstanding tasks.
Pros: On every month giving the amployees a certificate and money if you are a security of the month.
Cons: The working hours is 6 to 6 If you working day shift you work whole day if you work night you work whole night

Excellent learning curve

My work experience and my challenges
I've been my company since 2013 and I'm really enjoying the environment and also my colleques. I'm working 8 hours a day Monday to Friday and I've learnt a lot in my Organisation as it was my first time working in a Big company because my previous company was a one man company. What I enjoy most is the work environment and there not a lot of manual capturing most of the work comes in a download. The most challenging is when somebody is not doing his or her work on time and cause also a delay on my work I don't like somebody who's not meeting the deadlines.

Creating confidence
it is very exciting working for such a great company, it is like a big family and we all strive to improve and live by 100% accountability 0% excuses. i have really seen the positive effects of marketing that has increased our company in the long run. i am also the editor to our monthly newsletter.
Pros: they care about employees well being.
Cons: they are currently in the prosses of selling the Reaction division.

Excellent learning
Working long hours and doesn't want to pay ......yes they give the opportunity to workers to prove them self and give the promotions. The management want to get work done and don't care how and that's make the employees to borrow strong and able to make decisions and stand firm on it
