Good for obtaining experience

Good relationship with co-workers and mangers ... I have learnt a lot in debt collection that it all about educating not discriminating either than that I'm just not happy with my salary coz I've been here for 4 years going on 5 in April 2018 yet it's way too little

Communication

I have learned on how to communicate with customers and how to handle objections, it give more pressure on a working day because sometimes you find it difficult to convince customers

Excellent experience gained

I was working at a debt collection company (outbound), daily statistics i needed to have 120 Accounts worked, 130 Calls, 15 promised to pay Accounts, 5 debit orders and talk time has to be 3 hours. The relationship with co-workers was good with less conflicts, always collaborate as we wanted to reach a target set as a team and to achieve goals. What i have learnt is that, you have to listen attentively as we dealing with different customer then respond accurately. What i enjoyed most is i would produce the outcomes(daily stats) every day, working at debt collection environment as I've never been there before. The challenging part was dealing with difficult customers, have reversels on debit orders as it affects the collection but at the ended of day i knew how to overcome all this situation and dealt with.

Good first job. Allows working experience

Great place to get work place experience. Fast paced environment working on targets and deadlines. People working there are bubbly even though it's stressful. I have learnt to be target driven, optimistic and give 200% of myself. Gained more confidence.

Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: Not much opportunity for growth.

No growing inside the company

The company is good for training and providing experience, but no growing in the company and no better offer to cover expenses. The company not offer incentives.

Good

lesego is very hard working.learns alot fast and giving his all into his work.studed at CTi where he started his IT as a programmer and then proceed to PC training where he completed the depolma.he worked at theresapark primary as a admin clerk for a year then work his way up to be a data capture at FNB for a few years but worked under as a contractor.currently his working for a dept collection company as a IT technician and wanting a permanent job

Good learning curve

Always wanted to work in a call center and I must say that it was a good learning curve..and it’s for people from high where I am working not for family woman,single parent and bread winner..but it’s good working for them

Learning to start my own company

maintenance of the systems is poor and we working under unseen pressure.co-worker are good people.I enjoy the work enviroment. meeting daily stats and monthly collection is a challenge looking at the systems we are using there, and the incentive structure is not that good.

Pros: not great for promotion
Cons: normal working hours.
