Handling the coming calls and out calls I have good relationship with my co-workers I have to appreciate little things I enjoy solving queries Dealing with the Emails and calls all the times

Willing to learn and with growing a company

I'm working with a target monthly as a debt collecter and there is to be reach for a day to get good incentives. My supervisor and management is pleased with my job. I enjoy commission and incentives it motivates to even work more harder. To work with outdated system that keep freezing and no is will to upgrade it and affect my job negatively

Excellent learning curve

Generally a good call center. The work culture is good. The teams are a great source of energy. The CEO and top managers are very professional. As it is a call center, job security is always questionable but generally a good place for starters.

Learning curve

Is just normal working environment with no incentives the company is all about cutting the cost and agent are the one being affected. One need to work extra time to achieve the given targets. System failure can also be a problem. Team leaders are not doing their job is like they are not well trained to be teamleasders. Managers can't even provide answers when asked the questions

Excellent learning curve

A trypical day at work depends on the amount of agents that are not in for their shift. I have become close with certain people at due to a mutual understanding. I have learnt the importance of being open and communicate my views when they are required. I have been able to become open-minded in different situations one may face in the work environment.
