Willing to learn and with a company

I'm working with a target monthly as a debt collecter.and there is to be reach for a day to get good incentives.my supervisor and management is pleased with my job. I enjoy commission and incentives it motivates to even work more harder.to work with outdated system that keep freezing and no is will to upgrade it and affect my job negatively

Learning curve

A typical day at work is to answer calls and ensure that debtors pay their accounts in time. Make reminds for the accounts, send smses and updating current information of the debtors. The most difficult time is dealing with hardcore and negative debtors. It is a learning curve that we always have to be calm in every difficult situation. Understand the importance of educating the debtor about the culture of the company and recent debts. It is easier get along with the colleagues because we feed off each other and help one another in case of any other problems that occur during the day.

Good customer service skills and experience

I was working a day shift which started at 7am till 3pm and 2 compulsory Saturdays, I was a debt collector, calling clients and arranging payments plans, typing notes while on call, updating clients information and escalating queries.my relationship with my Co workers was exceptional cause we worked as a team and made sure we help each other and work hard to reach daily targets. Iv learnt a lot including self discipline and being assertive to the company. I enjoyed the fruits of my hard labour when it was incentive time and that pushed me even harder to work smart. Collecting on old accounts was challenging but that did not stop me from reaching my targets

Good Learning curve and time to expand

Decent company, lacks leadership and structure in order to propel the company forward. But lots to learn and the culture is good within the company. At times their cutting of corners catches up with them though. Always looking for the easiest way, not the best way. But I appreciate all I learnt at the company and wish them all the best.

Cons: No Structure and no leadership from upper management.

Good

lesego is very hard working.learns alot fast and giving his all into his work.studed at CTi where he started his IT as a programmer and then proceed to PC training where he completed the depolma.he worked at theresapark primary as a admin clerk for a year then work his way up to be a data capture at FNB for a few years but worked under as a contractor.currently his working for a dept collection company as a IT technician and wanting a permanent job
