Hours are strenuous, hands on job tha requires skill and patience.

The company isn't too bad to work for, lots of new experiences gained by just learning product knowledge. Although payment for flexis are very little for 6-8hours of labour. Management is fairly reasonable but top management has no regard for employees. Staff members are satisfactory to work with and the team gels together well. The working experience was good and thought provoking

Pros: Always something new to learn, lots of customer interaction and a hands on job
Cons: Remuneration is not much, top management doesn't really care much about employee

Team player

i am good and hard working person and i have enjoyed working at the warehouse because i interact with clients and i learn a lot in terms of the products that i sell to them and my relationship with co-workers is good because we assist each other and make sure that we win as a team.

No growth

There are many opportunities to learn, but no growth potential if you do not have a BCom degree. Some days are busy and others are extremely boring and not stimulating at all. Management sees lower level staff as uneducated and will often comment on their inability to do any other job due to not having a degree

Excellent learning curve

Good way to learn new things in business. Building new relationships in the 0788443927workplace and challenging yourself to be better. What I've enjoyed the most is the people I was working with and the relationship we had and have in the business

Career orientated company

At my place of work we are always given training to empower us, we have very understanding management. Our aim is to always offer the best service possible, we know how to build and keep our clientele. We're very efficient and team spirit is always present.

Great experience

Teaches the importance of teamwork, respect, as well as a practical understanding of social demographics. It also ensured staff were well-trained and were understanding and aware of student commitments to assessments.

Pros: Great for social skills, customer interaction, building loyalty.

Amazing customer service company

I enjoy working at Sportsmans Warehouse because it challenges me as an individual to learn new things daily... We get to learn about certain products, sports as well even each individual in the workplace. The company itself takes good care of their employees by providing them a good basic salary and there you get Your medical Aid, pension fund etc....

Excellent training

The staff in our company is sent on regular training courses within the needs of the business. If you are in management or junior management you are sent for management courses as well. I have been sent for so much training courses with regards to my position and it has helped me so much to better myself

Pros: Promotions are dependent on your hard work
Cons: The hours are long but worth while
