Great company to work for. But its time for me to make a change
My day at work starts off with banking, making sure banking balance. Investigate on overs and under banking if there is any. Making sure frontline is ready for trade. Making sure stock counts are handed out. Checking for any queries in our stock receiving department. Im also incharge of making sure all controllable expenses are in control. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and staff

Best way to build people skills
kkkjj• Helping customers identify and purchase products they desire. • Restocking and merchandising. • Providing reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. • Continuous training in product knowledge, selling and communication techniques. • Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time. • Administrative work in receiving invoicing.

Good experience building
A working day consists of 9am-6pm. Co-workers are friendly and helpful. I have learnt how to deal with customers efficiently nd effectively and learning about customer care. I enjoyed helping customers and feeling rewarded when customers leave the store feeling satisfied with my service. the most challenging part of the job is being unable to assist the client when there is insufficient stock available in the store.

Excellent learning opportunity
Get to work put in my float .Go to our morning meeting.Check for stock in receiving if there is sign it out and merchandise.Help customers at the till point at all times help out at information desk. I have learned how to work with customers any customers rude or nice always treat them with respect. The administration duties working at the information desk answering the phones was things i enjoyed doing. I can't say there was difficult moments because every situation was an opportunity to learn.
