How to convince a customer

Learnt to work with difficult people ,enjoyed making a lot of sales and to see custumers assisted by me coming back for more and wanted to be assisted by me again ,most challenging part was the shoplifters

Excellent worker

I have learned alot at the company and sometimes bits challenging but you have to put pressure and challenge everything that comes towards you at anytime, you must be willing to work under pressure, and have a good relationship with customers and the co-workers.

I've learnt to work with people and trying to understand and attending to their needs accordingly

Well I guess I'd like to get a different feel of a different environment and learn more from other companiesll I I guess something I didn't like was the fact that when we would work our over time we would end up not getting paid for our over time and sometimes we would knock off late and that would honestly be frustrating

Am working 5 days a week and taking 2 days off aslo regarding my fellow employees we have a good communication skills and learn from one another regardless of the position am in.In the company i have been working for i learnt that the backbone of the Company should be taken seriously and its backbone is opening Accounts for the company to make money.And what's challenging mostly is Accounts because is the most sensetive thing in the company.I enjoy serving customers because without serving,no customer will have the potential to buy.

Good experience

Relationship with workers is good as we firm a family, working hour are long sometimes as we don't have a specific time to knock off. But it was great experience as I learned how to communicate with others as well as customers

learning opportunity with very limited career growth opportunities. a very relaxed friendly and vibey environments where youth meets youth. not so perky salary but very long hours

Excellent student job

It is a great place to work but the salary is too low and it is retail so I'm working long hours and weekends for that salary. I basically check stock, cashier and many other numerous jobs I do. I am extremely multi task

Fast Learner in every field of work

Communication is key to keep the job going When handling conflicts don't apply your emotions Enjoy working with alot of people Working with alot of people its a bit stressing but you have to apply all the laws of work

It was a great opportunity

Get to work have a morning meeting with stuff members to be alerted of the day's target. Relationship with my colleagues it's great and always has bees since we treat one another as family mostly with respect. I learnt that working with customers requires patient,be attentive towards them and always be polite. What I enjoy the most is helping customers and seeing them leaving the store with a smile and willing to call again. The challenging aspect is dealing with unhappy customers.

Pros: Would like to one day get a promotion based on my commitment

Had working person

Checking and acknowledging of boxes, banking,doing staff scheduling and doing staff targets. Having morning meeting and motivating staff, promoting sale and target. Driving turn over

Pros: opportunity to be promoted and be a store manager
Cons: long working hours especially in the festive season
