Good company to increase knowledge and skills

Maintain our customers and bringing in the new customers. Its a good environment as employees including management we always keep our game on top as well as taking care of the company's asserts (staff). I've learned how to operate SAPP system , driving sales and book keeping. The time and experience I've gained there it's what I enjoyed most. The most challenging aspects were when we started operating and there were very limited customers.

Customer service driven

Currently working in Cape Town for Spitz. Meeting targets is what keeps me going. Training of staff and mentoring that's what build team spirit. Retail space is the most thing I enjoy. It gives me that challenge to what to do more.

Pros: Fast moving company

Great work experience

I've learnt to maintain good relationships with my co- workers and customers, some challenges one can face in such an environment is dealing with some rude customers that can be so demanding and unpolite, but I've mastered ways to dealing with them, such as being patient and kind regardless or their behavior.

Pros: Improves communication skills
Cons: Low salary

I'm a hardworking person who easily adapt in new environment, I like to learn from other people .

I would would to change the environment. Communication is my skill , I like to learn from other people.I also have the most scarce and very important skill which other people don't have and that skill is a listening skill.

Excellent learning curve

I have learned on how to interect with people, about customer service, how to manage time and to meet deadlines. I enjoyed working with the team even though it was hard sometimes because each and every person react differently towards each other, so i had to understand all that. We also did housekeeping, it taught us that we always need to work in a clean and healthy environment. Lastly i had to meet sales targets each month and sometimes it can be difficult so i needed to strive and work extra mile to meet them.

Pros: Meeting well known people. Getting lot of expirience
Cons: It was 9 hours each day except sundays

Excellent learning curve, experience q

A very good company that gives opportunities to people, it pays well, it goes all out to ensure every employee gets training all aspects, they give internal employees a chance to grow within the company, they believe in customer service they believe in people and make every interaction count, the experience u will get from Spitz company is the most valuable experience that can get u to any company.
