Excellent learning

I must make sure that I give a good Customer service I must always explain new products to the customer I must always be happy with the customer I must always show the customers new products The customers comes first My relationship with my co_workers is very strong and we always help each other and show respect to each other I have learned that I must respect each and every customer that comes in the store I enjoy working well with colleagues The most challenging thing I face is, I must work hard to reach my target

Customer service

Interacting with customers. Iv learned how to behave on the sales floor, A good communication between team and customers as well. Always do housekeeping and i have learnt so much about admin . I was a sales assistant and a cashier at the same time.

Measuring garments.

Measuring garments. Checking Quality and making sure that the bulk received has the same quality when compared to the BPS sample. Doing 100% inspections if needed. Measuring BPS, PPs Samples,1st fit,2nd fit and 3fit samples and checking Quality. Measuring and checking the Quality of shoes. Checking the Quality of Accessories. Discussing whether a style should pass or fail depending on the number of rejects. Attending fitting session, making sure that the pps,1st and 2nd fit samples are correct and fits well. Writing and Grading returns (from shops) Writing and submitting the audits reports and comments for different styles. Re-Checking Quality on garments that are sent to

There's not much of opportunity in the retail I industry but it allows you to work with people understand customer satisfaction service experience and relevant experience will apply to sales

Great learning curve

Excellent learning

Great learning experience

It can be busy at month ends, but there is support form management. My relationship is excellent with the business and with my co - workers. I report to the Financial Director and have learnt so much in Finance I enjoy the pace of the way things work , it is fast. All functional areas are quite demanding on their requirements, there is always managing of expectations and priorities

Cons: Retail is fast and this market is fashion and footwear , so not much to compare it in the industry

I am ready to get a new job

good communication how to talk with customers how to count stock how to make profit how the shop should b clean work late. we work good as group learn to manage time we have good lunch toghter we enjoy our company no fight is allowed in our company
