Good learning curve

I'm a recent graduate of the university of Pretoria. I have a BSc in food science and am currently looking to expand my knowledge. I have just over a years'experience in the food industry but am very ambitious and eager to learn, I love challenges.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion as company is still growing

Very poor management where I used to work.

Very poor lack of safety and dangerous conditions where I used to work in year ago.. I need a descent job like transport with excellent benefits. I am struggling a lot with my family I also have two children.. I can't afford the other one who is five year old..

Learning curve

A typical work day has a breakdown, downtime due to poor maintenance of machinery. Management makes all decisions without input of the rest of the team, alot of dictatorship management style. It is a better position for my career growth.

Standing for long hours in a cold environment

There's lot of work which I don't mind to do if is indeed the case but it's not easy to get an assistant if the job is more than what you can handle. The supervisors only help when the bosses of the company are around when they're not around you're on your own, I enjoy working the bosses are around, the challenging part it is when have lot of orders and less time but we get no assistance from no one but the keep telling us to hurry up

Pros: I don't think they'd a promotion because there's lot of racism and favoritism in the company
Cons: I don't mind working long hours as long I will get paid for that
