Learned a lot from the company
I generally write reports using BI Tools. Everyday I must channel my thinking to being analytic and logical. This involves a lot of SQL and hard coding. Interaction with people is when I give support to the various business operations such finance, when the system is not updating the current financial balances or when sales cannot create orders or the system. Fun times are facilitating the training when there is a new system being implemented. I have been told our work makes other peoples'work more easier! Provide platforms to get information quicker and more accurately!

Consists of hard working
Long hours and no lunch.the production work is good ..staff and cp worker's are amazing .we work shifts and night.but working in the freezers is difficult because the hour's are long

Great opportunity for growth
Im stand by 24 hours as im the only safety person, and my relationship with my coworkers is good and productive as i also consider their opinion , and we leaning a lot from each other . What i enjoy most is to train people and make them aware of what they need to comply with . The most challenging aspect is to change employees culture behavior

Experience in work place
Its good to work for the company but i have to do multi tasking and doing job out of my dpecs. Have to keep plant up and running with minimum downtime. Some time have to make plans due to no spares avaible. Help production with quilty of products and help them reach there tagets

Great place to earn skill and experience
The IS department is still new so there is a lot of backlog of work including maintenance and outstanding projects that have been awaiting action. You have to think on your feet as sometimes maintenance procedures and code reviews that are not attended to cause problems in the long that require the development team spend most of its time supporting.
