Im learning a lot here
I enjoy working at Sovereign. I m learning a lot here and have a good relationship with my bosses and my co-workers. I enjoying sorting out problem/ queries and helping the customers with their queries as well. The most challenging thing here is that the work too much but then again its a training to me i enjoy working very hard. I always make sure that i do my work daily and sort the queries of the companies that i'm dealing with.

I'm learning a lot here
I enjoy working at Sovereign. I m learning a lot here and have a good relationship with my bosses and my co-workers. I am Bachelor’s degree Logistics graduate at Nelson Mandela University with 4 years working experience in the logistics industry. Skills set that I currently possess are a direct result from enrolling in Logistic modules such as Purchasing (Procurement), Operations, Logistics management, Business Management and the work experience as a Telesales Administrator/ Production Planner. The working experience that I have obtained throughout my career has sharpened and enhanced logistics knowledge and my computer competency skills. I have accomplished a certificate in a SAP program to illustrate I continue have a desire to improve my computer skills. My main career objectives are simply to build onto the skills and knowledge that I have already acquired within the logistics environment and to gain more experience.

Staff control,cost control animal husbandry
Control mortality rate less that 11% No staff turn over. Access control and Bio Sircurty. Cost must not be higher than limited.have enclosed my CV to support my application. It shows that I will bring important skills to the position including Time management and strong organizational skills High level of interpersonal and customer service skills Confidentiality and appropriate telephone manner Motivation and dedication As a farm supervisor at Sovereign foods, I have been able to build up a very strong foundation and interpersonal skills. I have learned patients and endurance and how to work well under pressure. This role also enables me to gain strong appreciation, time management and being punctual is very important to me

Learning through hard working
Working at Sovereign Foods is a great experience and challenging sometimes. I am managing employees that are even have more experience than me and sometimes they would believe they know it all, that gives me strength to be always hands on and aware of everything around work environment to avoid any manipulations from staff. At work I ensure proper performance of daily activities but I still have good work relationship with my employees. I give traings to employees such as Safety talks and that is what I enjoy most. Also that they depend on me for job instructions make me do planning everyday and I enjoy working on good planning.
Pros: I started working for the company as a student and through hard work and commitment I was further promoted to be a relief supervisor within few months, that did not stop my hardwork and I was further given a Supervisor position that I am currently in. I worked for the company for quite a long time and now understands its culture. There are high chances of promotions as I now know how to work independently and still meet the key performance indicators of the company

Experience in work place
Its good to work for the company but i have to do multi tasking and doing job out of my dpecs. Have to keep plant up and running with minimum downtime. Some time have to make plans due to no spares avaible. Help production with quilty of products and help them reach there tagets

Establish work plans and carry them out
MY OBJECTIVE Is to add value, develop effective and efficient systems that are sustainable and creditable provide support to core functions in achieving objectives. Currently I am working for a FMCG company called Sovereign Foods. I offer 6 years of working experience in the industry and I have developed a strong reputation of interacting with other people and have various organization skills. I am a Bachelors Degree Logistics graduate with the associated technical skills as well as strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills. I am hoping to join an organization where new skills can be developed whilst building on existing experiences. I am able and willing to relocate when needed.

Learned a lot from the company
I generally write reports using BI Tools. Everyday I must channel my thinking to being analytic and logical. This involves a lot of SQL and hard coding. Interaction with people is when I give support to the various business operations such finance, when the system is not updating the current financial balances or when sales cannot create orders or the system. Fun times are facilitating the training when there is a new system being implemented. I have been told our work makes other peoples'work more easier! Provide platforms to get information quicker and more accurately!

Excellent learning curve, Great working in a JSE listed Company
There is a lot of positive change taking place within the company Transformation is happening The culture is good inculcating core people values The Company is very fast paced, things happen and change quickly and one therefore has to always keep up Employees are very hard working and pleasant Culture Surveys done internally have indicated that the leadership leads by example and that on the whole employees happy to be associated with the company
Pros: The company is steadily growing thus creating opportunities for growth for employees as well
