-Managing and maintaining allocate Vendor account through constant follow up and liaison with the suppliers and feeder departments -Processing supplier invoices relating to expense authorization and purchase order -Reconcile creditors account to the consolidated statement and follow up on outstanding items and resolve queries -Clear creditors account on a monthly basis -Ensure that vendor accounts within the allocated account portfolio is settled within the contracted/agreed payment terms to prevent account ageing in excess of 30 days -Raise and reconcile accruals on a monthly basis and manage pre-paid account - filing and archive all relevant payment document and processing journals

Good company for Growth
I basically work with customers everyday I'm in customer service I love working with customers as i have good communication skills I'm passionate about about what i do Working with people has thought me a lot about accountability respect and integrity As people we have our off days but as a Customer agent I learned to understand that as we are all human and we just need to understand each other better

Excellent in listening, solve problems, my strength is helping people and motivating.
, solve problems and was often told i was supposed to be a social worker, learned that my strength is helping people and motivating them as i want to see them grow. Loved solving customer problems as seeing them walked out of office with a smile made me a winner

I have learen a lot in the industry, it was a very good learning curve for me
I came in IT department with a blank mind what IT all about now I am happy to say I am different and I have learned so much and I am willing to learn more. My colleagues are happy working with me and they like a point that I can explore.

Planning
Different strokes for different folks .The thin that I enjoy most was the flight planning. To get the most out at aircraft and still ensure a minimum 70 load factor.

Diverse opportunities
Shift’s are strenuous and most of leave days are spent unnecessarily. I had a great relationship with my colleagues as they would ask for my opinion most of the time and always encourage me in any aspect of my life. I enjoy helping people get the service and product they want as easy and comfortable as possible. Challenging as pacts would be the constant changes of the law that would make you disagree with customers as most information doesn’t reach us as soon as it should.

My job was lifestyle
A paid holiday. I acted as a senior cabin crew member for 2yrs but was never employed in the position for saving cost for the company reason. I was based in cape town so no international flights departed from here only jhb. But the reason for this is because it was political. I think.

Excellent working experience and travel experience.
South African Airways has the best Cabin Crew that I would work with any given day You can have great chats from serious issues to laughter.Travelling to different countries all over the world was the best part and learning oou different cultures.
