Learning different sectors

It was a good place for work, if you are young many people want to teach you how things get done, some of them borrow you to assist them in their work, do work for them, it was a great place for work and skills development I've learned many things from different sectors, like everything about administration work, Finance work like stock taking and recording stock. Registry work that was really challenging, looking for old files and checking for old information. I also leaned supply chain work, issuing contract tenders and looking for new service provider for particular job. Preparing for meetings it was nice working for DSD. I have good friendship with 70% of my colleagues even now I still contact with them via whatapp. I've enjoyed working for DSD because everyday it was existing day, morning I do admin work than later maybe I will change section. The thing I enjoyed the most I was working with elders with 10 to 30 experience I enjoyed that because there were teaching me how to do their duties.

Basicly we work within communities.

We start at 07H30 in the morning, transport are planned and were off for monitoring and evaluation on different project that were funded by the department.

Pros: Working for the department are esential as you work with people. To support them and ensure that they reach there goals.Given training to community members that enhance their capacity to manage the projects they are involved in.
Cons: Always intresting working for goverment as new developments are first to be implemented.

I want to exposed my career in the in organization, and expire my career

Since I have N6 Human Resource Management qualifications, I need to expose my self to the culture of office work, where I deal with many characters of people, where to know how to handle employees, I am flexible since I am computerized, I exposed my skill in different section

Have a teachable spirit and willing to learn and grow

My name is Tebogo Maloba, I am an introvert, have a strict personality, relate well with people, even though people are afraid of us because they say we dismiss people. I respect time and honour people who honour time. I don't like working with lazy people. hate office politics. I am a very honest lady. I am born again and a pastor as well.

Pros: i enjoy working at Social Development because i started my internship, worked as secretary and now i am currently working as a Labour Relations Officer. the Department has developed me. i have learned how to work with difficult people. to train staff on theme based information session
Cons: i work eigth hours and arrive at work 15 minutes before the starting time

Good

I would like to work with this company because I'm willingness to work and learn different job. I'm very patience person I like to work with people I'm team player and I've ability to work under pressure. I'm very committed to work and reach deadline.I'm also interested in joining this company because I've realise that i can work harder and it grow faster than other companies. And I want gain more experience, show the company my skills and I'm very friendly with working with different people, because working together we can do more

Ability to understand

DOING GENERAK WORK SUCH AS FILLING, PHOTOCPHYING, FAXING, STAPING, PUNCHING, AND RECEIPTING 1 CUSTOMER/ CLIENTS ASSISTANCE- TELEPHONE, FACA TO FACE OR EMAIL 2 ARRANGING ATTEENDING MEETING- NOTICE OF MEETING, PREPARE AGENDA, ALSO TALKING MINUTES MY COLEGUES HAVE FULL OF LOVE AND I ENJOY ALOT TO WORK WITH THEM. It was good to work with them

i am a faster learner and i am capable when i am doing things, i know how to deal with the hr matters and i know how to deal with the administration legislation's, even receptionist duties i know about its,i am honest , friendly, punctual,organised,i have been learnt the most in my current job , how to treat the people, the challenges was the new environment .
