Excellent experience it develop more confident to me

My Job Review it is a most interesting job because it brings the change to the community and to individuals (POSITIVE IMPACT). It makes me to smile because at the end you see what you achieved and some of the achievement is the lifetime achievement for the community for their sustainability. The relationship with co-workers is good we integrate the services to meet targets of the office by working as a team. Celebrating events (TEAM BUILDING). The thing that what I learnt is when you are a person free yourself, love yourself and love others and know what you want. By saying that i mean you can't deliver effective work when you are not passionate. I enjoy the most when I see the Community that I'm working with got empowered and Developed. Most challenging is the lack of resources. Human resource like we short staffed and Capital resources shortage of cars, computer and offices.

Pros: great opportunity to be exposed in stakeholders
Cons: cost cutting measures travel long distance

Quick at learning

i really have learned alot from my previous job ,i didnt understand MS word or Excel but working as a trainee i build up my experience and learned myself on how to use Excel and MS word. i am willing to learn more and i am a quick learner. i am willing to experience the job title. I am a fast learner and is prepared to work overtime and i am always there when needed. My job is always my first priority and won't let my personal life with my work. I am a people's person and can communicate well with people. i am a person who like giving my all at a job and is all on call when needed to work in when someone is absent and i will be there to help out.

i am competent in leadership qualities, i have an ability to monitor and evaluate the impact of service delivery. i work excellently in multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery in the assigned area. I posses planning, organising, financial management, presentation and facilitation skills including sound report writing ability and computer literacy. i have an ability to work under pressure and display initiative, i posses an understanding of public sector transformation and equity issues. I am competent, capacitated and with relevant skills to challenge structural sources of poverty, inequality, oppression, discrimination and exclusion. i hold an extensive knowledge and understanding of human behaviour and social systems and posses skills to intervene at the points where people interact with their environment in order to promote social well-being.

Learning different sectors

It was a good place for work, if you are young many people want to teach you how things get done, some of them borrow you to assist them in their work, do work for them, it was a great place for work and skills development I've learned many things from different sectors, like everything about administration work, Finance work like stock taking and recording stock. Registry work that was really challenging, looking for old files and checking for old information. I also leaned supply chain work, issuing contract tenders and looking for new service provider for particular job. Preparing for meetings it was nice working for DSD. I have good friendship with 70% of my colleagues even now I still contact with them via whatapp. I've enjoyed working for DSD because everyday it was existing day, morning I do admin work than later maybe I will change section. The thing I enjoyed the most I was working with elders with 10 to 30 experience I enjoyed that because there were teaching me how to do their duties.
