Good place to settle down, no real room for growth.

Good company to be involved with if you intend on settling down in your career. Can be high stress on occasion but rarely needs for extra work to be done to meet targets. Great people to work with, but there is a disconnect between shifts. Weekend work is often expected, and shift work can drain you if you dont manage it well.

Pros: Low stress
Cons: No Growth for production department.

Good packages

The company is having very good learning and development system in which they have invested enough for training all employees across all departments and levels. They are providing transport for all their employees either as taxis or transport allowance. Their salaries are very competitive and are motivating.

Pros: transparent performance review process; equal opportunities irrespective of colour, gender and language. Good performance is rewarded.
Cons: too much overtime

Great company on paper

This company has good values but not everyone lives up to those values. On paper it's the best looking company but till you start to work there and see all the short cuts taken in our daily duties

Pros: Lots of overtime
Cons: Too little family time
