Great company if one wants experience

GGSilulo is a great company for a startup, you learn a lot of things as the company is growing. It doe snot have a lot of employees, almost everyone knows everyone one. It is a great environment, there are lot of things to learn, they offer training from time to time. I enjoy learning, as an ICT company Silulo has to keep up with trends, they also evolve with their staff members, which is quite exciting.re

> it is about technologies development, based on programming PC, Net working, CCTV installation, PC hardware and software. > we work almost 10 hours pay day. > Have good relationship with all my employer. > learnt how to work under pressure > doing my job. > The pay us a little money.

Excellent technician

I'm well experience in more in technical , i have been working fro IT Company for 4 years since i have started i got lot of promotions because of my work , i started at a technician then i become a senior technician after a year , then after two year i was given a chance to be a IT Manager until current now i'm still working as IT Manager , I'm very familiar more on both computer technician and network technician

I leant a lot how to handle different clients,

I really like to work in a technical department I enjoy it. My colleague are really humble and respect each other. I leant a lot such as business services like Tax clearance, technical challenges and how to overcome those challenges I am easily going by nature as technology upgrading .

Good leaening experience

Considering myself as an inovater, working and contributing on an organisation that's leading the future of the industry would be my first priority. I feel and love the udea if helping to develop when i step in the office everyday. I develop friendship with coworkers and clients to create great environment for rewarding inovation.

Good learning curve

We deal with clients request, complaints, customer service daily and daily typing of data. To become very respectful in the work place is a grateful tool at all levels such as respecting on another is my daily bread of life and continuous learning. I personal learn different customers behaviours and how learn to remain professional, and also how to respond to the upset clients. Personal I enjoyed myself to being among the business environment dealing with numerous activities and contributing where is necessary. The most challenge I faced the is bad networking cable structures and old model hardware components.

Good communication skills, excellent services, excel in what ever that i am doing

I am a typist and i have been in the company that i am working for more than 5 years now with different people and also also loving working people. what i enjoy most is to deal with people.i am have to work more hours, and giving the best on what you doing , giving training to new staff

Challenging and interesting

Managing learner's Poe's. Assigning Assessors, moderators and facilitators to the training sites. Organize and prepare meetings with stakeholders. Checking the authenticity of the learner's logbooks and ensuring their placement in the workplace. Loading of learner's details on the relevant Seta systems. Ensuring that timesheets are signed and submitted on time.

Excellent learning curve

Working is Silulo is a great experience, we work as team and we give each other support and also you learn more on what we do and trained in other areas. I enjoy working with students and you get to know them and also knowing that I make a difference in their lives, some still want to continue studying and the skills we give to them help them a lot when they are in varsity or college, some get better positions in their work, knowing that I bring change that makes me happy. Also I enjoy the challenges like sometimes you have to facilitate diverse characters like dealing with young men who are taken from the streets doing drugs and all sort of things and given a chance to change their lives and given skills to keep them going and given hope.
