Excellent learning curve
Working is Silulo is a great experience, we work as team and we give each other support and also you learn more on what we do and trained in other areas. I enjoy working with students and you get to know them and also knowing that I make a difference in their lives, some still want to continue studying and the skills we give to them help them a lot when they are in varsity or college, some get better positions in their work, knowing that I bring change that makes me happy. Also I enjoy the challenges like sometimes you have to facilitate diverse characters like dealing with young men who are taken from the streets doing drugs and all sort of things and given a chance to change their lives and given skills to keep them going and given hope.

I am fast learner and willing to learn
I have a matric or grade 12, IT technical support level 4 and I am finishing system support level 5 learnership. I have been working as security guard the most experienced I have working as CCTV operator and control room, the last job I did it was a call center operator
Pros: I was having a good relationship with the client even my managers, coligz I'd never here any complaints about my job

Excellent learning curve
i am cleaner who also help in consultant and that help my relation with my co-workers and my employers, being helpful in every aspect has also groomed me in learning more about IT world. on daily basis i enjoy the felling of knowing that i helped someone and he/she is happy and satisfied. in all that what was challenging is that i had to rotate working place. But i enjoyed working with all the staff

Working with different people
Build a Computer lab, install operating system and all software's that are needed to be installed in the particular lab. My everyday duties is to make sure that all computers are connected to a print and are working fine. To check the Anti Virus is installed and up to date. Repair customers computers and laptops and also I replace screens for laptops. The most challenging thing when you have to deal with someone who doesn't know anything about the computer e.g how to turn on the computer and how to use applications such as Microsoft Office.

Cons: yes sometime I worked over time especially when we open a new store

Good leaening experience
Considering myself as an inovater, working and contributing on an organisation that's leading the future of the industry would be my first priority. I feel and love the udea if helping to develop when i step in the office everyday. I develop friendship with coworkers and clients to create great environment for rewarding inovation.

Excellent Training
Good Day The training at my company is good, because now i know how to deal with customers, faxing, doing file, banking the money, take calls, order the stock of the shop, toners and logo call for faulty machines.

Great working experience
My work is a challenging yet enthusiastic work experience as i work with students of different personalities and backgrounds.I love teaching and giving them so much knowledge a I know they are eager to learn and since Computer is an essential skills I give them the best quality. My work requires someone who knows how to deal with task head on. It requires someone who is responsible as we deal with students. Preparation of the day is very essential. Me and my colleagues we communicate regularly as a teamwork We have daily meetings everyday. My CEO has a WhatsApp group of all of us whereby we strategies on how to reach target and treat customer well as our customers are our number one priority. I've learned that as a person you learn new things everyday and team work is very important I just enjoy giving students the knowledge that I have which they embrace with both hands The challenging thing is having loads of work and the deadline is near.

Putting theory to practicality
Its really nice working at Silulo because It is a growing company, I get to deal with new clients and build a relationship with them. The company is target driven so It helps me to set targets for myself. When challenges get too tough they offer assistance. I get to play with my creative side as we also have graphic designers so I test their software and sometimes create business cards, logos and company profiles.

Good learning industry
* I typically work 45 hours a day * Not that much * I have learnt that i must appreciate those who are round me, and respect other people's views and values. * What i enjoy most is to work in a peaceful environment and that will make me to excel to my work. * The most challenging aspects of my job is to reach targets while there is no clients that are coming, and also work on Sundays.
