My duties and responsibility is to make sure that the business run smooth, like all daily reports are done on a daily basis and the ordering process is followed according to company standard, customer service is done, I have to see that the receiving process is done on daily basis, what I like about my job is the pressure that is there cause it makes me active think fast, come up with plans solve problem on a daily basis, a good relationship that we built with other employees is to support each other through hard times specially on a month end when is busy everyone is trying their best to assist the customers.

Good working conditions, dealing with different customers .

Busy working environment that requires a good mind set. Concentration and patience to obtain good working standards for the customers and staff members including the supplier .

Excellent customers customer services skills .good communication with customers customers,

I enjoyed working as a cashier ,doing till operations , handling cash , pety cash. I get along with people very well, friendly staff , they have ability to assist you to gain more experience . I learned a lot a customers customer services skills, ability to work under pressure ,problem solving skills, good communication with customers . I enjoy most handling cash assist customers with their payments, taking control of my till cleaning around it . merchandising near till points .most enjoyed work with customers. The most challenging aspects was work at Cash office at the same time in the till when its very busy when someone in charge of cash office is off i you be called to assist at cash office.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY AND WHAT I HAVE LEARNT, I WORKED FOR THE COMPANY FOR FIVE YEARS STARTED AS SHELF PACKER, I AM RESPOSIBLE FOR THE SMOOTH RUNNING OF THE BUSINESS AND MAKE SURE THAT ALL PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED, I PLAN FOR THE DAILY TASK, AND WEEKLY TASK, MANAGE PROMOTION AND ATTEND TO CUSTOMER QUIRY, DO DAILY REPORT IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR THE STORE, DEVELOPMENT OF STAFF, FIND WAYS TO MAXIMAZE SALES, FIND WAYS TO FIGHT SHRINKAGE, I LIKE THE MONTH END PROMOTION AS IT IS BUSY PEOPLE ARE BUYING A LOT WHEN I FIGHT WITH THE SUPPLIERS OBOUT LATE DELIVERIRS BUT IS FUN AND KEEP EVERYONE BUSY.

Good customer service

Firstly i liked working at shoprite as it was my First job,and they have given me an experience inretail.Working there is very nice as we working together with my colleagues.And it is very nice working with people(customers)

I money market clerk

Working with the customers gave me an a good experience and I have a good heart to everyone now because it was hard to me to deal with a people like me (customers) but I have learned so much I have skill,time management, I am a brave woman who always know how to handle problems.

Excellent learning curve working at Shoprite

Shoprite it has been a good company for a great growing It made me enjoy retail ever since I engaged with the company Most difficult thing is there is no overtime but we working very long hours per day Cooperation it's very good with the bosses and team work it's also good with staff

Excelling in work

Im Mbongeni Sibiya ,I'm Good at adopting work style,fast learner , willing to give the best at all duties , enjoying working with Other people,like to learn other people skills and us it to add on what I have or what I'm good at ,I also share with other people what I'm good at so that together we become a good or strong team,i like to lead people by an example by working with them / showing them what them,i don't like to live my work untired and I don't live today's work for tomorrow I make sure that everything for today it's done before I live the store or work place and lastly I'm a hard worker.

I'm indipendent, driven for success and a good leader

My work Day was consist of opening the store to ensure is ready for trade, placing orders before start of trade. I had good working relationship with my co-workers, I learned to be instruction attentive, work indipendent and being a team player. I enjoyed the atmosphere and customers interaction, and my challenge was to run the store alone during my assistance day offs or annual leave and when suppliers don't deliver promotional item in time

Pros: I worked myself to the position I was as a branch manager
Cons: 12 hours
