Very challenging unorganised environment
Big challenge.Too much office politics and no communication between day/night shift.No SOP'S being followed.No one in operation knows what their responsibility is or what function to perform.operation is understaffed.Employee do not understand the whole operation processes and systems.
Pros: Environment amongst nightshift brilliant

Day's work
A typical work day is very busy and sometimes stressful, seeing that all invoices are grv'd (booking in stock) in the same day. To work at SG Convenience, is okay, i get along with co- workers, only the managers can have bad attitudes, and favours certain people. I have learnt alot at this company, being put in various departments, i honesty would not comment if i enjoy working here or not. Challenging aspects of my job is thar i have to be accurate, and i also do claims at month end
Pros: only thing is the pension and provident fund received at work
Cons: no growth going forward for promotions, travelling to far

Risk . health and safety and security manager Cape towwn and Geirge branches
the role was health and safety for the branch... my evaulation for 2018 2019 was 97% highest in SA. i was also responcible for security of branch... and lastly the risk factor ...to minimuze the losses or prevent losses

Company could have potential
- Management in the company have no idea how to motivate staff - Managmenet in the company has not idea how to communicate with the staff - Company has potential if it is clear from the top to the bottom - Lower level staff have super potential to grow & take the company to places

Big company to kick start your career and Gain experience
ibIt was great learning opportunity for me because it was my first job. Afterwards I have realised that we are working long hours but not getting overtime pay. The management team was very supportive and making sure that we learn lot of thing
