EXCELLENT CHARACTER BUILDING AND CLIENT SERVICE
TYPICAL WORK DAY IS NEVER THE SAY,YOU GET CHALLENGED WITH QUERIES WHICH NEEDS TO BE DONE AT AN CERTAIN TIME. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS IS ALL THE SAME, I GREET AND TALK TO THE GENETOR THE VERY SAME WAY I TALK AND GREET THE CEO. WHAT I HAVE LEARNED UP UNTILL TODAY IS THAT YOU NEED TO STAND UP FOR YOURSELF,YOU NEED TO BE BOLD ENOUGH TO STAND ALLONE. WHAT I ENJOY THE MOST IS JUST THE FACT THAT YOU TALK AROUND LAUGH AND SUCH WITH YOUR CO -WORKERS, YOU CAN SHARE SOME LIFE EXSPIRIENCES AND WONT BE JUDGED BUT RATHER BE ENCOURAGED. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF THE JOB IS THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE TO BE SO CORRECT EACH DAY WITH YOUR NUMBERS AND CALCULATIONS, SINCE IT'S A JOB WHEREBY ALL NUMBERS AND CALCULATIONS NEEDS TO ADD UP TO WHAT YOUR PAPPER WORK IS SHOWING. SO IT'S CHALLENGING BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MISS OR MAKE JUST ONE FINGER TYPE MISTAKE OR SO. (BECAUSE THAT WILL CAUSE YOU TO LOOK AND FIND FOR THAT SMALL DIFFERENCE A WHOLE DAAY).

Great leaning curve
It tends to get very busy from June due to high orders and also when it approaches the festive season. Stock take week becomes less busy as management prefers stock take to be swift and quick. I enjoy learning the systems of WMS and the basics of Pastel. It is wonderful being surrounded with people who are willing to work as hard as everyone else

Great experience for the industry and growth in logistics and supply chain
This is how a day in the warehouse looks: Working with the transport manager to despatch trucks leaving for the day run as soon as 6:30 -7:00. Issuing diesel slips and gate passes to drivers. Then cancel invoices that have not been picked or out of stock invoices once they have been signed by the warehouse manager and operations manager. then issue it to the accounts department in order to balance the clients accounts. Answer Clients telephonic quires about the orders weather the trucks are on their way or is the order on the truck. back orders and even transfer them to the accounts department if needed they want to enquire about the balance of the account. The diesel report and cost to serve are done on the daily bases because those reports need to be submitted every day in order to monitor the diesel usage of the vehicles and submitted to the operations manager and the transport manager.
Pros: great opportunities of growth in the industry and gain skills.
Cons: working on weekends for stock taking every month.

Got matric but is in sales for over 18 years.
To work at my company is like working with family , the only problem is that i don't see myself growing there.I see about 25 to 29 customers a day and deliver the best service ever by communicating to them about new products and how to safe money.I also learned that building relationships will get you far ( it's not only the price of an item but people buys from people.
Pros: I like working at my company but seeing that there is not alot of space to grow, its a problem

Excellent
I prepare trucks for the day , park them ,next to each other on line and load the stock onto them the whole night. the company Super group is big , fro SG freight ,SG bulk , SG consumer ,SG convenience, Super REnt etc ,is big and is all over dealing with freight ,renting trucks and other services.
Pros: great opportunity to master driving big trucks

Great experience curve
I work well at SG Convenience,I have a good relationship with my employer he respect me and I respect him as well and on this company I learnt to work under pressure and problem solving.The most challenging aspect of my job is when I have to go out of Cape Town and deliver a full truck and have to finish it the same day I don't even get time to eat I have to run the hole day and come back to the office before 5pm.

New category off work
My day start with doing schedule for deliveries for the next day. Start printing the invoices. Answer telephone and reroute calls if needed also solve client queries over the telephone or via email. During day check-up with reps on order for the day. I have a great working relationship with all my collegues from management to reps and lastly all the warehouse assistants. This is a new working catergory for me and had lots to learn in just 2 weeks before I had to work on my own. I do enjoy the challenge each day I learn something new but most is to solve all the queries from both collegues and clients. Most challenging would be to ensure that all the orders for delivery next day is on the trucks and that clients do get their orders on time.
Pros: I can learn alot as this is all new to me.

Love a new challenge
I am hard Working. Like to get my hands dirty. Team player. I like to assist my colleagues if I can. My experience has given me a huge advantage in the sales industry
