Boring job

at my current company i find it quit stressful at time its also tiring dealing with the amount of clients i speak on a daily basis i still have fun and able to motivate others but i need a new challenge it becomes boring when my company cannot teach me anything new

Excellent place of learning

A typical work day at Sell Direct Marketing can be described as fast paced as it is a target driven call centre. Co-workers get along well and all relationships are amiable. They even tend to get eachother through tough times when motivation is needed. My experience has taught me that everything is achievable when you put your mind to it and hard work pays off. The more effort that you put in, the better the outcome. What I appreciated most was being rewarded and recognised for the effort that I put in to make every task given a success. The most challenging aspect of my job was to assist others to achieve their set targets as well as to achieve my own as I constantly had to ensure that my team meets target which they always done.

Exception

Nice company for someone who is starting of in the call center, nice people and team leaders ,if u make target u get to go home early and don't expect a commission in the first 3 months because u ain't getting any at all only after that if uake sales and reach targets

It has various challenges

A typical day at work would be to make your target and sales for the day . Your relationship with co workers is important because it is a stress environment and they make you feel at ease . I've learnt many things which is important. I enjoy the people and perks . Challenging staying calm .

Meeting different types of people

What is expected of me is to reach my target by making sales, everyone at work is round about my age therefore it's easy to communicate with them. I have learnt that even if someone is extremely angry you need to keep it professional and be the better person because you are being paid for it but the thing I love about my job is meeting friendly customers because I can keep conversations going on all day, so my challenge everyday is doing what's expected of me and I'm always up for a challenge if makes things fun.

Pros: No weekends and no public holidays
Cons: Deprive you from how long you must take your lunch or tea

Excellent work environment

Normal hours 8-5 come in the office convincing clients to take out contracts from telkom mobile or adding additional contracts and assisting clients with any queries or issues with their current contracts,I had a great relationship with my co-workers everyone was my friend,I have learnt that you should always be a team player no matter what you need your friends and your co workers, I enjoyed the hours the most, the most challenging aspect was convincing people to take out contracts I was even in a campaign where we had existing clients and had to add additional contracts

i enjoy my my day when i engaged with customer's on the dialer that really need advice on what they spend their money with my colleagues ay i have a great personality tgats why im so good as a agent but i think its just persistent that get me their everyday i learnt alot over this year ut gave me so much knowledge especially with sales and worst days are when ut starts with the NO but it will came to a Yes thats my key the most challenging days are when you become dispondent but im very hyper so my personality helps me alot with that and to take that challenge and learn from that is alright for me everyday and being passionate.

Great work environment working as a team

Great place to work aa you working in a Team trying to meet target and getting to make commission biss is great always new experiences to gain as well as interact with different people and cultures lots of potential to grow within the company and also better yourself as a person as well as great incentive to up your game in making sale and meeting target

Helped me to deal with various objectives

So a typical work day at sell direct marketing is starting your morning off with atleast trying to push for two sales before your lunch time and that can be difficult at times depending on the leads but easy to overcome because I'm good with objection handling. I had a good relationship with my co workers because we work very competitively. I've learnt not to give up when being rejected and to always push through and learn from mistakes. I enjoyed interacting with the customers and reaching my set out target. The most challenging aspect would be the pressure put on you when you're not on your set target.
