Great experience

Well being a sales agent means to think fast and be alive all times, actually sell direct marketing is a target driven environment with lot of experience to gain ofcours customer service is slightely involve. I have a very solid relationship with my team leader I would say she understands me from A-Z making it easy for me to feel comfortable at work, and my seniours is always supportive and encouraging Mostly i would say i have gained confidence in myself,learnt to turn mistakes into opportunities aswell as always to aim high and I enjoy interacting with different customers.

Pros: campaining with Telkom mobile would be the best and challenging
Cons: 8 hours..Mon - Friday

Good sales training

The people that I met is very bright people , alot of confidence and positivity, it's tough because to sell a random person a cellphone Contract isn't easy, so there were days where sales would be easy and some days where it's so bad it actually drops your ego . I have learnt that sales isn't just for anyone , you need to remain positive and confident . The most important thing about my job was having to reach your target for the month ,if not this will lead to causing a bad name for your self. You need to make the company money before earning your own commission

Motivated, team driven,target driven

The company brings a good role too me ,lets me every single day learn new things, one thing is that you need too be motivated you cannot sit and around and do nothing.im a peoples person so you get along with everyone. Your work time is work time and you get time you chat with colleagues, team leaders are very discipline you need to be on your target before doing anything else. Iv grow so much at the company but I need a challenge.

Pros: Get lots of promotions
Cons: Working hours are 8clock too 5clock.

Good learning curve and interacting with customers daily

Interacting with customers and selling selling contract over the phone its the best job I ever did because you gain a trust from customers and you are dealing with different customer behaviors each and job is very challenging. I have a good relationship with my colleagues because I can fit to any culture and easily adapt the culture.

Good learning curve

Working at this company has been a huge learnin curve. There are a lot of positive aspects to the call centre industry as well a negatives. I am still growing in this role as a sales agent & there is a lot more to discover about myself in terms of personal growth. Even though I do not see myself at this company in the next 3 years I still do appreciate this opportunity & the learning experience along this journey.

Growth as an individual, great learning curve, good starting point

Monday to Friday from 8-17h00 was the operating hours. I am a consistent high energy person so my sales day would always have a positive outcome. I believe that every no is the starting point of the job. I have a fantastic relationship with all my work peers as I don't cause or entertain conflict. I'm an overall fun-loving individual and I'm always keen on improving myself. I've learnt to start afresh with each client as every call is your next sale. I enjoy sales in general as I'm extroverted and I thrive on any company that I keep. The most challenging aspect was probably calling the same clients especially near the end of the month, but all they need a listening ear and a reason to close them.

Pros: Great start out company to teach you how to deal with stress
Cons: Not very understanding when circumstances are dire

i enjoy my my day when i engaged with customer's on the dialer that really need advice on what they spend their money with my colleagues ay i have a great personality tgats why im so good as a agent but i think its just persistent that get me their everyday i learnt alot over this year ut gave me so much knowledge especially with sales and worst days are when ut starts with the NO but it will came to a Yes thats my key the most challenging days are when you become dispondent but im very hyper so my personality helps me alot with that and to take that challenge and learn from that is alright for me everyday and being passionate.

Great work environment working as a team

Great place to work aa you working in a Team trying to meet target and getting to make commission biss is great always new experiences to gain as well as interact with different people and cultures lots of potential to grow within the company and also better yourself as a person as well as great incentive to up your game in making sale and meeting target

Helped me to deal with various objectives

So a typical work day at sell direct marketing is starting your morning off with atleast trying to push for two sales before your lunch time and that can be difficult at times depending on the leads but easy to overcome because I'm good with objection handling. I had a good relationship with my co workers because we work very competitively. I've learnt not to give up when being rejected and to always push through and learn from mistakes. I enjoyed interacting with the customers and reaching my set out target. The most challenging aspect would be the pressure put on you when you're not on your set target.
